Excellent stay. Easy check-in and check out. The only complaint I would have is the beds are a little bit too hard I take a nice mattress topper would be perfect.

I was told that there was no breakfast because it was a hotel for business people who have expense accounts. The food at the bistro was expensive and not very good. The tub in our room was slippery. I was afraid getting in and out. The coffee pot in the room did not work. I will not stay there again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at courtyard by Marriott. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The one thing we did not like was our shower. The floor of the shower was very slippery. My husband and I both almost fell in the shower. We laid down towels on the shower floor so we wouldn’t slip and hurt ourselves. We notified management and housekeeping of the issue. We were there two days and it was not resolved.

Location is great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a nice size and spacious shower.
Room could have been cleaner and a bit more care taken to vacuum, dust, tend to bathroom. Unfortunately, housekeeping skipped our room despite it being vacant for 12 hours so there was no opportunity to rectify.
With the growing options to rent other spaces (VRBO, airBRB, etc), the benefit of a hotel is precisely that housekeeping service which we did not get.

The person at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. On another day staff just standing around with zero customer service. This wasn’t worth $300 a night or even half of that. It felt like a motel 6.

During the stay there was a fire alarm that went off and we sat outside for a couple hours while they cleared the building. Then the water was unavailable (no shower, no restrooms, no washing hands) until almost 10pm. After a long day driving the Hershey, my family had to deal with that. Worst of all they mentioned they would offer some type of discount or partial refund which was never processed for us. They mentioned they would do so after three different calls to the front desk. Each time I called there was a different response about the status of the refund. Next time we go to Hershey we'll stay somewhere else.
