Wonderful B&B. Our room was large, with sitting area sofa, rocking chair, comfy bed & pillows. Nicely decorated. Breakfasts were tasty. In evening sat out on one of their patios. Short drive to Bryce Canyon.We highly recommend👍🌈🎉

This is a quant little B & B with beautiful mountain views. The owner is very friendly and helpful, with great suggestions of things to do in the area. We highly recommend staying here!

Wow! What else can I say about this place and the host. The bed was so comfortable and the host was so accommodating and she made the most amazing breakfast. Beautiful art hung all over. We will definitely be going back

Outside property was trashy with chickens running around. Breakfast supposed to be served at 8:00 which is late for us, we left the table at 0820 still no food served. Never saw any staff except the unfriendly woman cooking breakfast. Inconvenient location

Wonderful stay for a quiet, beautiful off-season experience. The location can't be beat, and the owners provided wonderful breakfasts and personalized hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

Edgar and Lena were amazing hosts- we felt so at home with their delicious breakfasts (must keep shashuka on the menu!), their amazing suggestions for hikes and Edgar’s amazing photography. They are genuine, hardworking people that want you to feel at home. Our bed was comfy and warm, plenty of space, great TV and even a massage chair! We saw wildlife outside the BnB and had a Mountain View- the location was quiet yet easy drive to Bryce. Would recommend to anyone visiting! :)

The owners were great hosts! Wonderful breakfast each morning! Room was very nice, with many personal touches that go above and beyond other lodging choices. Great value. Our room had everything we wanted and more!
The owners gave good advice regarding our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park and other hiking options. The location is very close, an easy, short drive to the national park.

This is a wonderful Bed & Breakfast! Room was pretty and spacious. The home-made breakfast was creative and delicious. A fabulous place to stay while at Bryce Canyon. It's situated in the town of Tropic, just 15 min. away. Surrounded by mountains!

No contact at check in . No person available to ask a question . Room was clean but very dated .
Sheets were flannel. Pillows were lumpy.
Window in bathroom did not have a window covering.
No fruit at breakfast and no bread item whatsoever.
All was self service . I was told I could get my water from the spicket on the refrigerator.
It was like a hotel room .. no gathering place to chat with other guests.
We have stayed at many BandB’s and this one needs a little more zest.
Owners were delightful people.

Very nice B&B that's close to Bryce Canyon National Park and within walking distance of restaurants for dinner. We stayed in the "Navajo Loop" room. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a gourmet breakfast every morning and the coffee was very good.
My only complaint (a minor one) was that were no fans or air conditioning and, even with the window open, it was very warm and stuffy in the room.
We'll stay there again but we'll definitely bring our own portable fan.

Ed and Lienn are excellent, friendly, efficient hosts. Our room had a very comfortable bed, spectacular sunrise view, and great, soft water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet and secluded, yet only a short 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights and each and every breakfast was gourmet. We have stayed at many B&Bs across the country, and this one is the best!

Very pleasant stay with extremely comfortable beds. The morning breakfasts (served at 8am) are gourmet-quality (We had eggs benedict). A special treat was that the owner made us an excellent and much-appreciated "to-go" breakfast because of our early departure the day we left. It's a relatively short drive to the park (about 20 mins), but you will need your own transportation to get to the park.

We absolutely loved this B&B! Easy self check-in on arrival. Our room was spacious with access to lovely outdoor seating. Wonderful creative and tasty breakfasts cooked and served by friendly and helpful hosts. Great suggestions for hikes and the best ways to enjoy Bryce and the surrounding area. This will be our go-to place to stay the next time we are in the area.

Friendly caretakers, delicious breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space. It was nice to be away from hustle and bustle of Bryce Canyon City but still close. There is trail from B&B into Bryce Canyon park, about 7 miles round trip. Dining options about 1-2 miles away in Tropic.

Our first impression when driving up was so-so. We entered, easily found our key and room. The room was clean and later we found the bed to be very comfortable. The bathroom is smallish, but gets the job done. Our host saved the stay with a very tasty breakfast. The breakfast area is very nice and large enough to accommodate a number of guests. Since I was the only one down for breakfast, I had a chance to visit with the host and we had an enjoyable visit. It was interesting to learn about the Bryce Canyon area. The host is also a very accomplished photographer and has his work on display. Beautiful photos of the area.

It was a decent stay for just one night. Unfortunately, I booked a certain room (paid for one with a hot tub, allegedly), but upon check in that was not the case. No one greets you upon arrival. Just grab keys and go. There is no thermostats in the rooms or fans, so you can't control the temperature. We are bed and breakfast connoisseurs and this wasnt for us. Breakfast and coffee was great.

Close to Bryce Canyon, rooms are well supplied, each breakfast is a chef's and guest delight. Just make sure to write in your diet exceptions as you arrive and they accommodate your needs beautifully. Ed's photography captures the natural beauty travelers can hope to see in Bryce and other exceptional places. The place is nestled by surrounding hills of quiet beauty.
