My favorite part of this hotel was the location. It’s a short walk to shopping center target, dollar tree, Kohl’s to name a few. Staff was super friendly. Room was cozy. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to a best limited breakfast. First day only egg and bacon no pastries at all no fresh fruit sorry the apples looked old and unappetizing. Boring sliced bread. No real cereal selection for the kids. Kids want fruit loops its usually been standard at most hotels we stay at. Second Day sausage and egg again no pastries at all. Same old apples a few mandarin oranges that’s it again same bread. Another disappointment was the air conditioning not being adjustable. It stayed on auto the whole time and came on and off so the room would not remain cold at night. I need cold to sleep and be comfortable. We tried changing mode with no luck. It got hot both nights. Get some ceiling fans please to help circulate air. Also Found food in the fridge on arrival. Other than that I did mostly enjoy my stay and would recommend. But please get more comforts for more “comfortable suites.”

Do not stay here. This property is experiencing a roach infestation. I could not stay in my room because of this and had to leave immediately to find another hotel. Still trying to figure out how to get a refund from Hotels.com.

We had a bad experience from the beginning when they didn’t have our reservation. The rooms were less than clean. The room was very dingy and just odd arrangement.

Great location.
Easy check-in with pleasant front desk staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The most memorable was the breakfast staff Diane. She was the sweetest and very attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, not on the freeway, so no traffic noise. Very comfortable and the young lady at the desk (sorry, forgot her name) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Took the kids to the pool but there were no towels available. As I was about to go back inside to get some, she appeared at the door with with an arm full of towels and ice cream for the kids. The breakfast was fine and hot and the breakfast lady was super friendly. Our daughter lives in Kyle so we make several visits a year. We'll keep coming back here.

Nate at the front was very nice and helpful. The lady that does the breakfast is always friendly makes a good morning for someone who is not a morning person, as myself. We did have an issue with our AC switching to heat, but the night desk lady had maintenance come out and look at it. We have stayed here several time and ENJOYED it each time. Thank you for all you do!

Great room and great hotel! We booked this last minute for one night. We had the room with one king bed and the couch. The room was very spacious, very clean, and it was relatively quiet around the hotel despite the hotel being pretty much sold out. We would definitely stay here again!

Would not go back. No one ever at the front desk. Had to ring a bell which took forever for someone to respond. Booked for 2 people and only had 1 set of towels. Reported toilet issues and never had anyone address the issue.

We found this one online and was kind of hesitant because of the reviews I had read about the staff being rude and not wanting to give extra towels but it was getting late and we had to find something quick so we took a chance. We did not have one problem with any of the staff. They were all helpful and friendly. We did ask for extra towels the next morning and they gave us extra with no problems. As soon as you walk in the lobby it smells good too. My family will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was for 3nights it was great!! When we checked in the front desk clerk wasn't too friendly, we didn't get much as a hello welcome, nothing. Our remote did not work,but Angie the housekeeper was very nice and helpful on getting us another one. Our room #217 was very comfy, the only thing is the restroom door was hard to close. I loved the shower!! They do have church on Sundays and since our room was ontop of the conference room we were able to hear the music, not too much of a big deal since it was in the afternoon. Breakfast was good, if you are wanting more of a breakfast IHOP and Mcdonalds are a walk distance away as well as being behind a target. Check out was good, Nate was very nice. Keep up the great work, we will be back again for sure!!!

Supervisor who checked us in (unfortunately can't remember his name) went out of his way to accommodate our needs. They really do go above and beyond at this property. Highly recommend.

We were just traveling through so just needed beds to sleep in and breakfast to start our day. The lady at check in seemed bothered to wait on us when we arrived. Maybe she was just having a bad night. The beds weren’t very comfortable and we had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch and an extra towel since we booked for 4 people and we only had 3 towels. Location was good. Breakfast wasn’t super stocked and we had to ask for more items to be brought out.

Great had many food options around and the target was right by it ver convenient. Only thing was it’s not noted in the booking they do charge an incidental fee at check in. Also our room floor was wet looks like they tried to clean the carpet where someone had gotten sick and the stain was still there. Couldn’t get more towels unless you gave up towels which was an issue when showering. Minor things but still made it less enjoyable

Very convenient location right off highway. Which was great after a long drive. We were able to get a good nights rest, eat breakfast and I was able to go for a run. Room was comfortable and clean.
There was only one treadmill so I had to wait, and then someone was waiting on me when I was finishing up. No big deal, overall would stay again.

I knew from the moment I walked in thatmy stay would be enjoyable based on the smell. This hotel got it right when it comes to the scent they chose, as it is clean and refreshing. The front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to check in an hour early. The room and restroom was clean and also smelled great. They offer breakfast which is a plus. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location. The hotel was not too crowded,and guests seemed like families. Parking was easy, which is a huge plus for me as well.There are many shops and food options near by. Plus it's not too far from San Marcos or the river activities. I would definitely recommend staying here.
