Wonderful stay at this quiet clean and comfortable guest house. Great location, wishing an easy walk of the main shopping area, attractions and the beach. Sinclair is a very welcoming and helpful host.

If you can mange to stay at Lochinver in the spring, it is stunning. When in bloom this must be one of the most beautiful streets. The host was also very friendly and informative, and the breakfast was delightful. There are a lot of stairs if your room is on the top floor though, if that's an issue, but the rooms are very comfortable.

Lovely clean room equipped with everything! Excellent bed. Breakfast top notch. Good location for walking into Ayr and to the beach. Friendly host.

great stay Sinclair is a smashing host nothing is a bother the room was great spotlessly clean and comfy bed also loved all the wee extra touches in the breakfast loved the cuckoo clock and the chandilier

Wonderful period property on a tree lined road in Ayr. The cherry trees were in full bloom when we stayed. The host, Sinclair, was very welcoming when we arrived and took the time to recommend restaurants etc nearby. Our room was very comfortable with a kingsize bed. The room was very quiet, didn't hear any noise at all. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided with the addition of a jar of lovely shortbread biscuits! Room cleaned and bed made every day of our stay, towels replaced as required. All in all a perfect place to stay within walking distance of the beach and town. Highly recommended.

Great guest house in gorgeous cherry-tree lined street

A comfortable and spotlessly clean guest house. Very helpful staff and a great breakfast. The house is situated in a nice area and close to the town centre.

Staff was Great! Even gave us extra pillows, ice, & early sack take along breakfast! Only hard part was trying to find it in the dark, wasnt well lit or marked with signage.

From the moment that we booked the room, the correspondence and overall service has been truly fantastic! When we arrived and went to our room, it was immaculately clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the homemade biscuits were delicious. The breakfast the very next day was fantastic, there was so much choice from the buffet table and the cooked breakfast was packed with plenty of flavour. I felt that Sinclair and his staff were very accommodating, friendly, welcoming and professional and I would certainly recommend his guest house without hesitation.

The guesthouse is the best we have had the pleasure of staying in at Ayr.The rooms are lovely,the food is great and the staff are excellent.Can’t wait to return

Lovely place great breakfast really nice hosts

The owner was great! He gave us some wonderful tips for our travels. Lovely personality! Great restaurant suggestion too. The b&b had a great breakfast. Was wonderfully decorated with such attention to detail and love.

A lovely large house a 5-10 minute walk from the Railway station in a quiet back street.

We stayed in the room without an en suite bathroom though the bathroom we had was private to us albeit down a flight of stairs. Both room and bathroom were pretty small. However for the price we paid it was excellent value. Spotlessly clean and a lovely property overall in a quiet location.

My wife and I had a fantastic time and couldn't fault anything. First of all the location is excellent right next to the town. When entering the guest House the proprietor couldn't be any more welcoming, the room we stayed in was spotless and also well furnished. We had a very comfortable nights sleeps and ended our stay with a delicious breakfast.
