The staff had excellent customer service, even taking the initiative to make our room adjacent to friends we were travelling with. We didnt have to ask! Impeccable hospitality and accomodations made for a pleasant stay.

If your looking for a hotel that’s clean, quiet, near a food court, has well lit parking, no swimming pool, but free breakfast??? Then the Hartford hotel BW is it.

I stayed 2 nights here. The Hotel is good. Location is close to the shopping center. I will stay next time.

I will never book a room through Expedia because you are not respected by the industry. I pay up front and get the worst room in the place. It was a handicap room that I kept hitting my head on the ceiling because it was designed for wheelchairs not people over 6 feet. You can hear the ice machine all night and then at 6am sharp some housekeeping guy comes around with the loudest trash can ever on wheels. He drags it across a cement floor which makes it even louder. I shouldn’t have to pay a dime for the room I had to stay in.

The staff was very helpful in giving us a handicapped accessible room. Very convenient off I 10, but really nothing nearby. You will drive to everything. The room was basically fine, but the usual, limited lighting and lack of well placed outlets. They provided a coffee maker and hot pot for tea, but you had to reach behind the dresser to unplug the microwave. In addition the handicapped room has the usual overly high bed that can be difficult for someone with issues to get into. Fortunately we brought a foot stool. Breakfast was provided, basically the usual including the requisite waffle maker, had scrambled eggs, sausage and tater tots.

Disgusting I checked in the rooms were cheap and smelt of cigarettes and bleach , I opened the fridge and there was old rotting food in there u lift up the bed sheets nd there’s long hairs in between the covers they will not refund for this do not stay here

Great hotels for larger families. We are a family of 6 and at the time I was pregnant and we all sleep comfortably. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and each room had 2 beds in them. So 4 beds total along with breakfast served daily. And with 4 children parents a complementary breakfast is always a plus!

I picked this one based on high ratings on Expedia. But our experience is less than stellar.
The complaints are;
1. Bathroom sink is very small and unergonomic. Facets places at rear right corner of a small sink, no matter what you do, water spills all over the place.
2. Bath towels are very low quality or not thoroughly cleaned. Feels liysa d paper
3. Breakfast is very spartan.

Property was very clean, but the "suite" we requested had no living area, just a small hall way and sitting area, which was weird. Area was strange, in the middle of a residential area. Very very loud. You could hear everything. Guest that were above us started running around at 6 am on a Sunday morning and it woke all of us.

The shower had a unusually great water, pressure and large and modern, breakfast options were what I wanted, real scrambled eggs, some sausage and potatoes. Bed was hard and pillows were too big and fat for me.
