The location of the property was the best. Right next to a train station on the Yamanote Line made this so convenient. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is one of Tokyo's best kept secrets. It is near the Yamamoto line which can take you anywhere in Tokyo or provide an Easy train change the staff is friendly and helpful to English speakers. The hotel has many amenities and the Starbucks next door is wonderful when you need a morning coffee to recover from jet lag.

The location is perfect. The hotel is literally less than a minute from the Yamanote line, which quickly takes you to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. The area is very quiet and everybody was friendly. Also you have a Starbucks in the same house!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and in a good condition. It is kinda small but still you can manage to open your luggage. A lot of amenities were provided in the amenities station at the lobby. Next to the JR station. Very convenient. Will come back to this hotel next time in Tokyo.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent. Location was fantastic. Only problem was the bathtub didn’t drain.

Basic but comfortable and a clean modern room. Cannot expect loads of space in Japan. Connected to the station and convenient. Amenities can be picked up for free from the lobby is plus . Breakfast for 1200 yen seems over priced based on other options available nearby.

Hotel just right next to mejiro station, 1 JR station to Ikebukuro and 3 stations to Shinjuku. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Will stay in this hotel when visit Tokyo next time

This hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Train station very close made it easy to get to different parts of Tokyo. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient stores close by with some dining options

Right next to Mejiro Station(JR Yamanote). I believe this hotel just got renovated not long ago, they provided everything I need such as 24 hour front desk, baggage storage, room cleaning with new bottle of water, laundry&dryer machine, free ice machine, Keycard system in elevator for each floor, ect. Front desk was polite and helpful. Starbuck inside of hotel. close to Familymart, 7-11, and Trad shopping center. I like Mejiro neighborhood, not too crowded nor too quiet. There are many nice local and chain restaurants to eat, stores for cosmetic, skincare, and snack shopping with tax free. The only downside is toilet, which is really small and uncomfortable to use.

It s very conveniently located, 1 min walking distance from Meijiro station, which is only one stop away from Ikebukuro. Many food options all within 5 min walking distance. Good for those who wants a quiet and yet convenient place to access other parts of Tokyo

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is right next to the JR station, literally a minute walk.

I am more than satisfied about my stay at JR hotel. The cleanliness and the vicinity at the train station (but the room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear the trains at all) and also the cafés and shops/restaurants nearby were the things that we liked the most. Staff doesn’t speak english well, but it is a general problem in Japan. I would definitely stay here if I come to Tokyo again. 10/10

JR hotel so you know it is right close to the railway line. The Yamanote line is very convenient for travelling around Tokyo. The room was above average size for the Tokyo area and all the amenities were clean and modern. Great value room. Basic shops and eating places within easy walking distances.
