The room was amazingly comfortable and spacious. We are local and couldn’t stay in our home and needed a place to work and sleep for the night/next morning. I asked for a couple hours checkout extension to accommodate some work meetings but they wanted to charge me extra so instead I had to check out early and take the meetings from somewhere else. I also had to pay for parking and there was no continental breakfast either. It was just disappointing and I didn’t feel like a guest.

Hotel is in a nice, convenient area. Building was nice. Our room had definitely not been cleaned. The parking garage and the entrance from the garage smelled terribly like a dead animal.

Incredibly out of date room decor, cheap thin blankets, baseboards and grout in bathroom disgusting and looks like rust or mold. Very overpriced to what it is. Won’t be back!

Rooms were gross. Food found on floors, stains on mattress and floors in two rooms. The second room was even more dirty than the first. With mold and dirt on the floor where the ac units were. I had a serious fear that bed bugs were going to come home with us. So we never unpacked tried a second room that was even worse and left. I wont be returning in the future.
If the cleanliness of the room is not your first priority than i will say the historical value of the building and overall up keep in the lobby was fine. Howvever in my opinion the rooms need to be seriously updated, and freshened up.

Newly renovated hotel has really cool, comfortable lobby. The pool is fantastic! We spent the afternoon there. They have plenty of seats/chairs in the sun AND in the shade. Great seating to enjoy our pizza that we ordered.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean. Food on a lamp, coffee stains on tables and sticky stuff on desk. There was hair in the shower and in the corners by the toilet. Also, TV didn’t work in bedroom.

The hotel was surrounded by so many stores. Did not like the idea we have to pay a percentage for the breakfast. Most hotels if not all, provide a free breakfst.

Very hard to understand the staffs speaking English and they doesn’t make any effort to help the customers with clearly directions or instructions. For example. They said provided breakfast time. However didn’t say it’s included with our stay or we need to pay separately. Also the pay parking situation also being hind at the beginning when we’re looking for a place to stay! I prefer it would be nice if everything posting clearly at the time I booking, not find out afterwards!

Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone was very helpful and very kind. The rooms were immaculate. I do wish that I had seen the sign that said I didn’t need service so that I could’ve been more eco-friendly. I was absolutely stunned when I walked into clean room every day until I noticed the sign on another door and found it on the floor of the closet in my room. Beyond that little hiccup, which was my fault really, I would highly recommend staying at this location.

They were great. No recycle bins in rooms though. Boulder??? Anyway the staff from housekeeping to engineers/maintenance for our remote blinds to the front desk and dining were great. No complaints.
