Unique experience. Elegant, ideally located, welcoming staff.

The room and the comfort of the bed , the cleanliness and location all together made this stay amazing. The staf were very helpful. The beauty of the room, the 300 years old mirror etccc made this place magical . To recommend .

This was by far one of our favourite places we stayed in Europe. If youre looking for a nice place with a good location - this is it! Carlotta checked us in and she was SUPER nice :) The room we got was more like a loft - which we didnt mind at all, we actually ended up extending our stay an extra day because we wanted to explore Turin a bit more. My only suggestion: know how many days you want to book for - we definitely didnt get the same rate we did the first time around and I feel like bc youre basically in a bind and the inconvenience of trying to find somewhere is too much of a hassle, they can up-charge you. At the end of the day though, it was worth it to us - we loved Turin and enjoyed our stay here.

The Palazzo was a wonderful surprise! A renovated 1689 building, the hotel was tasteful, comfortable and the service great. Location is top notch, right in the middle of the historic district. Treat yourself to this hotel. We would use it again and will recommend it to friends.

the room's barocco style is unique; the overall palazzo is beautiful.

This is the best kept secret in Torino. The location, 5* + quality and the staff is outstanding. We would not consider staying any other place when we travel there. Bravo to Ingrid and crew.

The location was perfect for us and the place is just c l a s s y. We had iur own codes and jeys so could come and go as we pleased. Our only complaint is a/ c not effective. Extremely courteous and capable staff

The apartment is arranged so cleverly, and there are very nice touches like a free breakfast and other little snacks throughout the day. Our friends who are living in Turin for six months came for a pre-dinner drinks and couldnt believe the splendour. Truly a wonderful choice for a short break, especially if you want to make an impression. The bed was blissfully comfortable too.
