No aircondition…awful in the summer time. You basically get what you pay for.

This apartment was a great place to stay. We had an overnight layover and the location to the Lisbon airport was excellent. The host communicated and the check in and check out process was seamless. I highly recommend staying in this quaint apartment!

Area is nice BUT the owner is very rude and unprofessional. On Expedia when I booked, it says check in is at 2pm, we got there right at 2 and we’re not let into the apartment till 4:30. Owner said check in is at 4:00 and checkout is at 11:00. He was not accommodating at all so we stood outside in the cold with kids. Once we got inside, the toilet was broken, I contacted the owner and he was rude and told me he will get it fixed and hung up the phone. The maintenance guy came and was in our apartment from 6-9pm. This was ridiculous and I will never book here again! Think before you do!!!

Vale o que custa. Studio bem equipado mais barato que diária de hotel. Local residencial. Staff muito prestativo e simpático. Transporte público muito acessível.

I've stayed in this property several times. The location is great - walking distance to the Oriente station, so you're near the Metro, train, and bus stations. Also close to shopping at Vasco da Gama.

Price point is great. Lower level suite was damp this time of year. Photos on the site do not show the building that these suites are in so it was a bit misleading.

Parking is available on the street. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets were not cleaned and had some smell. Overall the property did not seem to be upto mark compared to its peers at comparable category. Insulation is poor and you could hear everyone and everything around you. on the positive side close to the airport.

We only stayed one night, but the property was cozy & comfortable. The manager/owner lives nearby and greeted us kindly. Our GPS sent us a few odd was, but we eventually made it.Very close to the harbor side train/metro station and a large mall with shops and restaurants.

I had not realized this was a private apartment, thought I had booked a hotel room..

The property was fine apart from the fact that my room had no heater and the TV remote had no batteries.What disappointed me the most was the fact that I asked for transportation to the airport on the 23rd at 7:15 and they forgot. When I called at 7:15, they simply called a regular taxi which came 15 min later. I had to rush at the airport due to their unreliable attitude!

We stayed overnight in this studio from about 8.30p.m until 5.30a.m, so only used it for an overnight stop between flights. The property was more than adequate for this purpose although in January we were very cold. It is a ten minute drive from the airport and the check in was efficient. The owner will arrange pick up and drop off at the airport if requested. We arranged to be picked up at 5.30 a.m to go to the airport and the host was bang on time. The studio has two single beds and what I assume is a sofa bed, however I wouldn’t recommend it for 4 adults. The kitchen area, dining area, sofa and beds are all in one large room. The bathroom is quite small.

Very nice studio, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. We stayed for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and we were located a few minutes walk from the Feira international de Lisboa. Thank you!

Well located - short distance from parque das naçoes. Just a recomendation for improvement - the shower cabin and extra towel in the bathroom for drying your hands. The rest was all perfect. Will go bath. Thank you

The room we got was bigger than we ordered but the condition was poor. Do not recommend

Quem pretender visitar lisboa aconcelho vivamente a se hospedarem aqui,e um sitio calmo perto dos transportes,a casa estava pronta a nos receber tudo limpo e muito acolhedor,pessoas muito acolhedoras os propritarios sempre disponíveis,foi a primeira vez que fiquem ca hospedada mas sempre que vier a lisboa irei ca ficar hospedada muito obrigado por tudo

Clean and nice apartment, as advertised. Host was friendly and helpful.

I was suposed to be there for just one night for a flight conection. We were coming from a very long flight, and was supposed to be in another flight in the morning. And I understand now the place does not have a reception and I should have communicated before we would need a late check-in. But this was a trip that we visited more than 20 cities, and stayed in more than 20 places. Those that did not have 24 hours reception would send emails and messages conserned and organising the check-in. In this place they just did not care. When we got there, and called the number given we were just ignored. They saw the message in the whatsapp and simply ignored. Me and my family were exausted in a foreing country at midnight, without a place to stay and completly ignored by these people. We payed more the 100 euros of taxi looking for another place to stay. My mother had just lost her mother and we were trying to get to our country and had to live this very sad experience. I have a total knowlegde that I sould have read better the anouncement and tried a comunication before. But we were on a very long trip, living a very sad family moment, trying to get as soon as possible back to our country, and we stayed in so many places, that had the concern of send This place, that does not have a lot of check-in to organise simply did not care. The money was already on their account, so they simply did not worry. When we were there, they just ignored us. Visualized the messages and gave no help.

The apartment was excellent for our needs. It was very close to the Altice Arena for a concert. Great little area. Only downside was no curtains at the bedroom window!

Felt like the photos were not a proper representation of the rooms we were given, what we saw on Expedia didn’t match the property (they have been changed or missing) - host Diogo was very friendly and helpful but the location was awkward and not represented on Google Maps properly (and host knows this) and arranged for his uncle to take us to the airport. Towels were kinda crummy, room was hot, no Air conditioning, windows couldn’t be left open as the place had lots of mosquitoes buzzing about. No top sheets for beds. Overall, this felt like we were being charged the kind of rate you’d expect a much nicer place. In fact the other places we stayed in were much nicer and less expensive. Feel duped, but it was just one night.

Disappointing. VERY hard for 2 separate taxi drivers to find, access to room was down treacherous stairs poorly lit. Poor security - 3am some seedy looking guy pounding on our door, secured only with weak chain. Noisy, barking dogs etc. Room shabby but clean. Beds OK but not great, kitchette OK. Cannot recommend.
