Dirty rooms, unsafe hotel, not working tv,

this experience was the worst i’ve had in a very long time.

I rented three rooms for me and my crew the ac was in poor working condition. it barely kept them cool enough to sleep I would not recommed this motel to anyone

Overall I had a great experience

The property have a serious issue with cleanliness we have to request to change room go find more issue in the next room. We find in both rooms strong bad odor and food, spiders, flies, stains, dirty floor, hair in bed, pillow and towels. The tv remote was never to be find to work. The ceiling chipping off and walls.. we decided to sleep over and go in our way in the morning.. now the area outside the rooms are very clean and well maintained to include the pool. Free breakfast was ok with different options.

It was okay, the pool wasn’t available and the breakfast wasn’t the best. The orange juice was sour. It was decent for just a night stay. We couldn’t get the WiFi or the tv to work either.

They did not have a staff member at the front desk, if you needed anything you had to speak in a machine where someone will talk to you. Ice machine was broken so only way you can get some ice it will be in the lobby desk and it was closed.

Breakfast staff was rude and unhelpful to freshen up the breakfast station

We were charged $80.03 when our confirmation said we would pay $66.46. I understand a cheap hotel is not the best but if it’s not good don’t add $14 to the bill over what was advertised. Refund the difference

No ice machine available

Easy access off I-95. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Quiet, restful surrounding. Outstanding staff support.

The tv and the ac would not work so i called the front desk and the guy came and fix it. And the room was about 85 degrees. After he reset the ac it worked for about 10 minutes and it quit again after he left. So i called the front desk again and asked him to please send someone to fix it or replace it. I told him that we were going out for a while and they could come into the room while we were gone and fix it and he said they would send someone to take care of the ac. Me and my wife returned to our room at 11:30 and the ac was not working and its still around 85 degrees in the room. The room was very dirty . There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub and pubic hair on the toilet. There is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And the ceiling in the room the popcorn coating is falling off in multiple places. Upon inspecting the beds we found that the mattresses were very dirty and had nasty stains on them . They are disgusting and should be thrown in the dumpster !!! It looks like bed bugs on the mattresses also . The linen was dirty and stained and had cigarette burns on them. The chiar was very dirty and stained. The intire room was very nasty and disgusting. The lamps on the desk and nightstand are very rusty and nasty looking .This is the worst motel room that I've ever seen !!! This place should be condemned !!! The second floor is so bad that they cannot rent any of the rooms !! THIS MOTEL SHOULD BE CONDEMNED !!!!

The smell was awful in the room. There was a sign that it was unsafe to use the steps or balcony which could cause harm or death on the door by the Fire Marshall. The bathroom door knob was on the sink outside the bathroom. The bathroom door jam was broken and the door would not close. Holes in the walls. Dirty sink. Stained sheets. Holes in comforter. Requesting refund. Did not stay.

You get what you pay for. The place is not well-maintained, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the breakfast is very basic. The pool is nice and the staff was excellent.

Price was unbelievable for what u get. Courteous, efficient staff. Quite the bargain…. Even a free breakfast!

The rooms were dirty and outdated. Description of property was misleading. Location was in a unsavory spot.

For the price, it’s definitely worth it. It’s 20 min from Savannah, 40 min (with light traffic), from Hilton head island, and they do provide breakfast in the morning.

Even for a budget option this place should be avoided. The staircase and second floor have been condemned unsafe to use. The ceiling is caving in. The room is filthy and damp. Our non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Everything was dirty. The pool was closed without explanation.

Dirty and smelly

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The bed sheets had holes in them. Outlets were not working. A/C went out. Said it had a gym and it didn’t. Overall terrible experience but if you’re desperate for somewhere to stay it does the job.

The staff was exceptionally amazing!!!! They have an amazing breakfast as well.

The photos are misleading, it’s an average motel. The beds seemed relatively clean but the bathroom had pubic hairs on the tub and the towels had stains. The pool seemed nice. But I definitely wouldn’t come back.

Didn't even stay at the hotel. Checked into the room walked around and inspected it, and walked right back out. It smelled so bad, and was so dirty there was no way we were going to try and sleep there. There were unsafe aigns posted by the fire marahall rhat the steucture was UNSAFE! The pool was closed wheb it was auppose to be open, it was NASTY. I WOULDNT WASTW MY TIME. There are bwtter accomodations right down the road!

Awful staff. Called the cops cause we were waiting for our room. Early check in was the same cost as one night I was told, but I couldn’t stay an extra night.

Staying at the hotel/motel was the worst mistake we have ever made. The room was in corner near the laundry, the entire area needed cleaning. Trash sat outside the cans for two days. Opening the door revealed not what the photos showed but an old poorly maintained room. The floor had dirt, dust, and trash left from the cleaning. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub, behind the toilet. We carry cleaning supplies when we travel, this room needed more than I had. Never will we stay again in the nasty place. Save your money and try another facility.

Arrived late. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice simple place in motel row north of Savannah. My room was a suite, with a huge spa in the living room. Unfortunately the second floor has been condemned by the city, with menacing signs posted…not a confidence builder.

Both Jennifer and Brenda were wonderful but we had to leave as the accessible room was substandard and was very dirty. They gave us a full refund but I do hope they work with cleaning staff
