Two night stay for full day of meetings in Whyalla. Clean and comfortable room, slept well. Very helpful and warm welcome by a cleaner on arrival. Easy check in procedure with “virtual receptionist” - information was also provided via SMS.

The Motel has what you need. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for my family.
The Housekeeper Kat was lovely and welcoming and does an fantastic job maintaining the Motel. Kat really contributed to our positive experience.

Check in was conveniently simplified as we received a friendly text explaining room and facilities access. This really helped as we may have needed to arrive later than planned.
The bed and the shower were great as these are usually the two factors that put us off from rebooking a Motel.
We did have traffic noise but the Motel is located on a major road which gave us easy access to everywhere in Whyalla.

Could not speak to anyone as there was no reception. Even when I messaged them I received no reply. Wifi was pretty flaky. Otherwise property was clean, mostly quite and cheap. Under $100 per night.

The room was small but adequate. It was well equipped- good size fridge, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery. Air conditioning, good sized TV, small table and 2 chairs and nice bedside units. Good sized, comfortable bed. Access to a communal kitchen and laundry. Very easy to check in and out. It is on a main road and there was road noise during the day but quiet during the night. Great value for money. I’ll stay here again.

Very budget no recption just a person on a screen who did not hear us propley, stayed upstairs felt very structurally unsound like whole floor moved when the door shuts downstairs wouldn't recommend

bed was really uncomfortable, it's in a rough area of Whyalla, on the Friday night a car pulled up at 4am outside the motel and started beeping its horn, there was also lots of shouting. It was quite a scary experience.

When you call someone isn’t there to take your call. You have to wait for a call back.
Check in was good and easy. Reported our bathroom light globe blow and we stayed in the room 2 nights with no light in the bathroom, we were lucky that our other room had lamps so we were able to take the lamp out of there and put it our bathroom so we had light. Other then that our stay was good

This motel has no staff. It’s very old and in a bad neighborhood. There is a drug dealer upstairs selling . One big fight and argument at 3:45 am with a lady screaming, “ Give Me My Stuff” , he was yelling at her to leave. It’s a cheap budget and not safe motel,

Staff were very supportive and attended to all concerns and needs promptly. Considering the low cost accommodation the Rooms provided provided a variety of useful amenities such as coffee and tea and bathroom supplies.

There was a faulty sink but as soon as i told them they saod they can pjt me in a different room without charge. I am very pleased about my stay. I have stayed here mutiple times lst year and it was magnificent ✨️.
