Heads up because nothing was stated here. They charge $16.26 for parking. I could not find any information about it on site. It's a nice hotel. Just thought I'd warn everyone about this hidden charge.

Everything was good except shower was only luke warm. I had asked to change rooms but they instead sent someone up fix it. They sent someone but the next morning the same thing a luke warm shower.. Very disappointing.

My first impression by the front desk was not so welcoming and they lacked giving instructions about the services the hotel provides and what is the best way to enter and leave the hotel. Or any incentives with my Honors by Hilton membership. The T.V in my hotel room did not work. I used the phone in the room to call the front desk and the button for the front desk just rings no one picks up. I tried pressing "0" and it worked. They were able to get a technician in but the T.V didn't function. They were helpful in providing me a room fast with a T.V that does work. They did great in that aspect. But the front desk person in the afternoon, was quiet and didn't explain services, wasn't friendly or approachable. She just gave me my room key. It was my first time there, so I didn't know how to exit the Hotel. It's confusing because only cars can pass through the front entrance area. I walked down a hill where cars are, not knowing there was another way to enter and exit the hotel. I had to ask the Front desk person, how do you get outside where there is a walkway, she tells me I can take the elevator down and up by where the lounge/breakfast area is. The layout of the Hotel was confusing. It would have be helpful for the front desk person to provide all that information to guests during check in.

The hotel is in a shopping center, and it’s quite difficult to figure out how to actually get to the front desk. Once there we were greeted by a not all that engaged post who really wasn’t very helpful. The room is fine. The facility is very nice. I see no reason to be down about the property at all.

When I tried to check in, Mylady (who as WONDERFUL by the way) told me that she did not have a reservation for that night. This did not surprise me, because when I tried to confirm on the Hilton web site (which is HORRIBLE) and the Expedia website (equally HORRIBLE), I got nowhere. Even a live person in China? or Taiwan? was of no help. For future trips, I am going to deal with a website other than those two.

The hotel was clean, with friendly employees. The fitness center was nice and available 24/7.

It would be nice to know in advance if pool was available or not. Specifically booked this hotel for the pool use and could not use it. The hotel also had this weird smell.

Considering the price, this place isn't worth it. The pool has been out of order for a long time, and there doesn’t seem to be any urgency to repair it. The breakfast costs $20 per person, but it seemed like a basic continental breakfast—not worth the money. Additionally, the ice machine on the fourth floor was broken. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Convenient parking in the back, but there is a fee. Nice rooms and location has dinning options.

Nice restaurants walking distance. No pet area if you have service dog. They do have a pet carpet in the parking lot. No where to dog walk or dog Park. Convenient to saw mill parkway with access to NYC. Charge $15 day for parking? Park your own car.

Entry & room was very clean. Floor hallway has a slight musty smell could be results of the torrential rains. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Appreciated their energy and politeness.

Hotel looks brand new. Everything is modern and sleek. Liked the dining options. Loved the Italian restaurant across the street and want to try the Latin restaurant next time. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was a beautiful stay. I enjoyed everything except for paying for parking.

Hotel is spotlessly clean; professional, courteous, friendly staff. Only downside was pool not open….

Very clean

The pool was out of order and had been for months. One nice thing was that the hotel was close to a dine-in movie theater and some nice shops and restaurants. Parking is $12.95/night.

Everything horrible

Front desk receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were adequate . We had 2 rooms -one was fine but the other - room 314 had issues the black out shade cord was broken and could not be raised and one bedside light was out . In addition the mattress seemed old and was very soft and depressed. In addition, the blanket/ comforter was too heavy for the weather

Overall the property was ok. Disappointed because we booked the hotel because it had a pool, however, when we arrived the pool was under maintenance. Property amenities should have been updated. My room had several issues, the blinds were broken and lights were not working. Not worth the price. Will not be returning.
