The staff was friendly and reasonably efficient, but seemed short handed. Despite the highest of room rates (a football weekend), we received no room cleaning. We had to ask for towels and to at the front desk.

Room was nice and spacious and very satisfactory. Room service is only provided every other day (which we were not informed about at check-in). A couple bottles of water are provided (after we asked for them) which is nice. Breakfast is supposed to run until 9. We showed up at 8:30 and there was very little left. We went earlier the next two days and there were more options.

I liked how there were free waters available at the front desk, along with some snack for purchase. The breakfast was acceptable and the hotel set up was generally convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming to Boilermakers. The room set up was good but my main complaint was that the bathroom door would not close (not talking about locking/it would not stay closed) and given that we had our adult son with us, it was inconvenient.

This was a great option to take a group of Youth! The area was clean and safe with a pool and gym to occupy them in their down time.

Went as a family and the pool was closed. The breakfast was not good at all, it was hard and some was over cooked. The tv kept going out and not working right. The beds were awful and not comfortable at all! Pretty disappointed!

Decent modern hotel. I first stayed here shortly after it opened and everything was comfortable. Lots of room in the suites and the usual kitchenette with dishes and silverware included.
This location has deteriorated a bit since then (my room had a very noisy HVAC system) and breakfast is not the best. I was also disappointed that they didnt have a filtered water system at the drinking fountain to refill my water bottle.
For the price it's a fine stay, though I would consider a different location if I was in the area for more than a few days.

The free breakfast was low stocked and impressive. They were short numerous amounts of items(juices, yogurt, fresh fruit as advertised). In addition supplies in the shower/bathroom were low or empty.
