Beautiful large apartment with three bedrooms, bath, kitchen and dining/sitting area. Plenty of room for 5 people. Absolutely loved the location out in the countryside with great views. The host and hostess were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were goats on the property and tours were given each night at 6. Something special you would not get elsewhere that enhanced our experience in Iceland. Highly recommend.

The setting is wonderfully Rural. The farm is well cared for and the facilities are very nice! The location was great for seeing the south coast. The owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Helena and Stephan were very accommodating and have a wonderful guesthouse on a sprawling property close to Selfoss. We shopped for breakfast groceries before checking in because the kitchenette had everything needed. Very clean and comfortable beds. One of the highlights was the goat farm tour where we met the extended family, including Max.

Our host Helga was very nice. We had a large 3 bedroom apartment attached to the barn. When we first walked in we were worried that we would continually smell the goats but that did not happen. We made it in time to go on the goat tour. It was wonderful. The apartment had all the facilities needed for our stay - refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker...

Helena, as the owner, wonderful. She did a tour of her goats (and the kids were so cute). The room was great, including the bathroom.

The property is ok, not as impressive as we want but it served the purpose. We booked the property at the last minute and need some place to stay and cook the food ourselves. The room has very thing we need, a mini electronic cooktop, pots, and pans. Though, the road to get into the property was very rough. We came from Vik and were driving on route 1 and made exit and that was when we found out that the gravel road was difficult to drive. Other than that, every was okay.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Iceland. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was convenient to Selfoss and easy to get to. The guesthouse is about 100 meters from where the owners stay. Need to pick up the key there. The goats and cat are cute.

We enjoyed staying in a studio apartment. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies for simple meals. We didnt get to see any animals but we did arrive later in the v evening and left in the early AM. Great place to stay.

The accommodations were very clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Helena was very kind showing our group to our room. Definitely a unique experience and best place we stayed at during trip to Iceland, would come back here again in the future.

Helena was a great host who let us spend some time with the goats. Her home is very spacious and has a nice “comfty” feeling to it.

This was a beautiful property on a farm that raises goats. The room was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Great view of the countryside out of our window. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay! A few minutes outside of Sellfoss downtown which was nice because it was very quiet. If it had been a clear night we may have been able to see the auroras as well!

We really enjoyed staying at the upstairs apartment. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds and the 3rd with a twin bed. Huge bathroom, but the shower is tiny. Kitchen was fully stocked, and large table for meals, etc. Not much seating area besides the table. This is a remote location, and very quiet and scenic. However it is within an hour of great tourist destinations.

It was the only place we stayed that had an actual bed for our 10 year old son. They had a goat tour and we learned all about the farm. And the view is amazing.

The property was amazing.attached to the goat barn. Can see the goats and the kids.

When we arrived we receive an upgrade for free, the new room had an amazing view to the glacier and to the Vulcan, the kitchen was well equipped with everything need.

Lovely accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was awesome. We loved the farm animals and the country location allowed for us to see the Northern Lights on our first night!
