The staff from 730 pm until 345 am. Was rude and not friendly

First of all the price 700.00 Really ! Was very surprised that the room smelt very musty… dark… stained carpet…the floor was damaged .. the bathroom has grout around the door missing. Rust stains… old stain shower. Of course it’s the last room in the hotel. This should be a one star. Take it off your list of hotels.

Hot tub did not work, the house keeping staff did not speak English and could not help us and overall was not pleased. Was an OK room though.

Within 2 hours of our arrival our reservation was relocated. I don’t care about excuses. This was an incredible inconvenience and inexcusable!

This hotel couldn’t be located in a more convenient location than this one. After a long day of driving, being able to take the I-89 off ramp and almost drive directly into the hotel parking lot seemed like a Godsend. Full marks to the staff on the front desk and in the restaurant who were super friendly.

Great location - close to UVM. Lots of nearby options for breakfast, lunch, and coffee. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Responsive and friendly staff.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was amazing. The front desk folks seemed kind of remote, not super helpful. The pool though clean - seemed neglected, particularly for how busy it could be. But overall a nice place to stay.

My “go to” when visiting the Burlington area. I travel to Burlington 4-5 times a year and when I do I choose Delta! Staff are nice, rooms clean and spacious, parking is never an issue and I feel my car is safe and secure. My only suggestion is to move the smoking areas to the rear of the parking area, maybe create a designated area. If folks open their windows then smoke wafts in when folks are smoking just outside the building.

The stay was good. Personnel and amenities with Marriott were great. It is an older hotel but everything was clean and staff was very accommodating.

Well, I feel this hotel is quite overpriced considering what it actually is. I don't think I remember having a bathroom with the sink and mirror outside the shower/toilet area, and that next to the door (!!!). The walls are paper thin. The smell of pot wafting into my room was something I wasn't looking for and did not feel comfortable complaining about. The check in took place during the worldwide Microsoft software glitch, so that wasn't smooth, but it wasn't a big deal either and I cannot fault the hotel at all for that.

Hotel is clean. Acces to highway and parking are good. Room and hotel partially renovated, partially needs updating. Front desk is attentive. Restaurant attached to hotel has good quality food, though service is poor, at least it was that one evening.

Booked the Delta Hotel last minute because of a flight cancellation. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze but not a big deal. I would stay there again especially if I had an early flight out of BTV.

I ended up having a family emergency and my mom passed away and I wasn’t able to make my trip and I tried to contact the hotel about a refund and was told someone would contact me and they never did. Very disappointed

This worked out great for what I needed it for - and would stay here again. The staff was very responsive and the hotel itself exceeded my expectations on location, amenities and cleanliness.
