We absolutely loved our stay here. From the staff, to the food to the beach and pools. Every detail is well thought out and service is at the highest levels. Can't wait to come back.

Good hotel, central location, lovely room (main building) amazing breakfast and stuff , but the welcoming of the reception and especially the kids club is awful. We just walked in the kids club although tehre was only 1 child nobody welcomed us or said hello. No body introduce us to the environment or any information is given. Was very bad, untidy, unattended service we received.

As always, impecable serice. Front desk team was super helpfull at this stay .

Amazing place, with an incredible garden full of plants And flowers. Calm And clean. Looks like a paradise. The room was spacious, clean And clear, with à Nice terrasse. Perfect to relax. Perfect restaurant for the breakfast, on the Beach with a lot of choices. Just had a bad expérience at the Nobu pool. On the first day it was impossible to order food cause the kitchen as decided to close before the Time wrote on the menu. I had to walk to a coffe shop to grab à sandwich, And thé day after there was no bed available. Had to go to a family pool with children screaming all around ( nobu pool is adults only), Not really a relaxing day :-( For the price We pay that should be able to have enough beds for everybody Staying in Nobu Hôtel.

I had so big hopes of a nice two day stay in this hotel. Unfortunately all did not go so well. The checking in was very welcoming and the location and surrounding beautiful. Thought I had come to a holiday paradise. The first night we woke up to horrible loud music that continued until 3 AM. So we did not get the rest we needed. The follwing morning we moved to another room and that was arranged quite smoothly. We got information about the wonderful pools ( one specially only for Nobu guests) we could use. But 2 of 3 pools were under maintenance, also the Nobu pool. The garden was under some kind of rebuilding, so the whole day there was a lot of noice. Would have been nice to get this information in advance so I would have avoided the disappointed feeling. Also I asked the guestservice to book me a massage and help me by contacting a Spanish company when I do not speak Spanish. With a warm smile they said they would help me with both matters. I never heard back from the guest service. But the breakfast is AMAZING. And the Sushbar FANTASTIC. The insanely good Sushi dishes helped a bit with all the disappointments we had.

A wonderful hotel and first-class service. Perfect location and lots of good restaurants in the hotel area. Sure, a rather expensive hotel, but the best I've stayed at in Spain. The bar's music carries into the hotel room, but it didn't bother us

Just got back from the Nobu Hotel Marbella. we had the most amazing holiday experience from arrival to checkout. The staff in reception and hospitality were very kind and considerate and made our stay that much more enjoyable. I booked all restaurants through WhatsApp with the Guest experience team before we arrived in Marbella. We were upgrade to connecting suites and free breakfast in the Chiringuito restaurant, which is on the beach with stunning views. The menu had so many healthy options and the food and service was spot on. 3 lovely pools to choose from and many options for dining around the hotel, Our favourites was the Nobu restaurant, closely followed by the Thai, Serafina and Sea Grill. hotel is surrounded by lush tropical walkways which lead to the beach and restaurants. the beach is lovely and you can walk for miles in both directions with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The old town Marbella and Puerto Banus are both within a taxi ride and easy to get too for a night out, shopping, sightseeing or the beach clubs. one of our most relaxing holidays. We look forward to going back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Nobu In Marbella. It is very high quality and I was very impressed. In particular, the guest services staff were terrific , friendly and helpful . Highly recommended.

This place is like its own little city. You really don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. Every single dining option is top notch. The food and drinks are absolutely outstanding. Zero disappointments. The convenience of being able to walk back to your room a few meters after a day or night of drinking is top. You really cant ask for more. The service is spectacular and the concierge is happy to organize all of your reservations for you. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back on a yearly basis I truly fell in love with Marbella because of Nobu Hotel.

A poorly ran hotel, by an unprofessional staff led to mass confusion and disappointment. This hotel is “inside” of another hotel. No rooms have sea view because the ocean is probably 300 meters away from your room. A very long walk up and down. The pools are broken down into 4 small pools, so instead of 1 nice pool, you have 4 small mediocre ones. None of them offer complimentary water. They charge you €7 to have a drink of water at a pool. Any issue brought to the staff was met with rudeness, at one point they just wouldn’t respond. If anyone goes here and thinks it’s a wonderful hotel, i would say they haven’t been to an actual nice hotel or resort, because this is definitely not one.

Wonderful, absolutely beautiful property! Despite a rain & a sand storm from Saharan desert we still saw the beauty in Nobu Marbella! We had dinner at all 3 restaurants and all were amazing! Fahd was wonderful , thank you for your kindness and making our visit so special. Can’t wait to visit again!

Staff was beyond wonderful. Very accommodating. The best service and experience It was not just 5 star but 10 star service. Really one of the best we ever had.

Nobu property was charming and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay!

First time in Marbella, just a couple of weeks ago. I stayed at Nobu and I don’t regret that. The room & service was superb. The breakfast by the beach was amazing. The restaurants are very good. My first but definately not my last stay at Nobu. /Kalkan

The hotel was great but the noise levels were unbearable. I’m not sure why there isn’t proper noise cancellation from the plaza below or the corridors. We stayed for three nights and even with a room change, found it impossible to sleep soundly. The staff did give us earplugs, but even with that- it was noisy!

Really poor Experience at this place. Not the Nobu standard we was excepting 3/10.

Very comfortable, good sizes and clear room! Very good dining option in the hotel!

My wife had an accident prior to our trip and had to use a wheel chair. We failed to tell this to the hotel and yet they accommodated us amazingly well. Absolutely everybody in the staff was friendly, from the reception to the restaurants to the beach staff. Besides this, the facilities are fantastic, their food is of the highest quality, our room was comfortable and shining clean. I can't say enough.

Very nice hotel in a cool area of Marbella known as La Plaza. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and has a lot going on.

This hotel is great as it offers you with everything you might be looking for. There are several bars to choose from and restaurants. The rooms are just as shown in the pictures and there are no surprises. Staff was always ready to assist. If I had to point out something you don't see everywhere it would be the amazingly equipped gymnasium.
