Amazing hotel, in the middle of a beautiful town. Great food and fantastic service

This is a great four-star hotel a half block from the old town main square. The hotel provides a clean modern room and a decent breakfast. The reception folk are very nice. Three points to be aware of: The A/C works great but is slow to cool the room. Close your blinds to keep the heat out. My bed was a very low platform bed. It was comfortable but some guests may have a problem getting in and out because it is so low. Parking for this hotel can be challenging. They have paid reserved street parking only. As you approach the hotel you will see large blue P signs with an envelope symbol and a notation with the hotel name on it. Park here. Get a windshield voucher from reception. You will see a few of these signs in front of the hotel as well. Take the first spot you see. You don’t want to drive in this neighborhood any more than you have to due to an abundance of one-way and blocked off streets.

A designhotel ,very new renovated but carefully keeping old parts. In the midle of old town and parking just outside the hotel. Beds are absolutely not for 50+, far too low and hard to get out of. Bedlamp only on one side of the bed. Very noicy in the street in the evening.

Great location. Large room. Nice washroom. Did not like the bed. The bed frame is covered by a fabric and it felt a bit unsanitary.

This hotel offers good staff a great location clean room and good breakfast everything you could need. The bed is very firm to manage a good sleep but the shower is an excellent for a massage

Nothing unique. Service is hit and miss. Perhaps location is a plus being close to the town centre.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the Torun old town and over the road from the Copernicus museum with a short walk to the river promenade. Very modern internally in hotel but nice blend of new while keeping older features. Quiet and comfortable room too with very modern and instantly warm shower.

Three rooms for three nights. Inconsistent cleaning among the three (mainly not replenished tea and coffee and one room not completely cleaned). 70s-era disco music coming into the room in the morning from the restaurant (ABBA and the Village People). It was ok for me but probably not for most people. No napkins at breakfast one morning. Asked for one but the attendant told my wife, who speaks Polish, to get one from the washroom (yikes!). Rooms are new but the walls are pretty scuffed up. Need to pay attention to details like this because guests notice. The sink was either forming a clog or wasn't designed to drain well. Odd coming from a new hotel. In the plus side, the breakfast was tasty. But the coffee machine wasn't working two mornings. And one morning the hot water for tea wasn't working. Overall I'm disappointed with this hotel. I've stayed at the 2-star Hotel Pod Roza and found the experience far better for about 40% less money per night. I'll be back to Torun but not this hotel.

Restored medieval quarter building done to very modern Italian design standards, Extraordinary dinners of goat cheese salad, pork tenderloin entree, steak tartare, and traditional Polish pork chop. Room and bath are small spaces but done to a high standard. Excellent breakfast buffet. One owner present for firsthand monitoring of products and servicea. Very conscientious staff.

The location was perfect for our event at Arena, The staff at desk, the restaurant and housekeeping were all professionals. Food was great. Transportation to and from airport was a little unclear before we arrived. The only problem was a toilet with no door.

A perfect balance of a modern, chic boutique hotel situated in the heart of the medieval city of Torun. We loved staying in this beautiful place, steps away from everything. A fantastic hotel, with warm, friendly staff. The only word to describe our stay.....perfection!
