We loved being at Memoire Palace Hotel. The food was amazing. Every meal was such a treat. The staff was very professional and nice. We enjoyed a room upgrade which made out 4 night stay so enjoyable. Our massages were also very good. We can’t wait to go back.

We booked a Superior Pool Suite which upon checkin we were upgraded to the Grand Pool Suite. The rooms were large, nicely decorated and overlooked the pool. Infact you could walk into the pool from the building.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and went over and above thier call of duty. The kitchens had closed by the time we arrived, so we hadn't eaten anything. The staff very kindly had sandwiches made for us.
When we did the sunrise Angkor Wat tour, we even had a take away breakfast at 4.30am waiting for us.
The only small suggestion I would make is include more vegetarian / vegan food selections in the breakfast and on the menu.

Lives up to its name, amazing hotel with large wonderful genuinely luxurious, clean well maintained rooms.
Nice restaurant with a good selection of meals and fantastic service.
The resort style pool in the middle of the hotel is a delight even on the hottest of days.
Staff are warm and welcoming and happy to help when needed. The hotel is a short ride from the city centre, and while we are all here for the temples, it is an oasis in its own right just to relax and getaway form everyday life aided by the Spa offering any type of massage you may require.

Really enjoyed the property, great spa, rooms, services, food and pool. I didn’t receive any extra benefits from my VIP status. My sisters booked a room at the hotel and her room got upgraded without VIP status.

Everything was impeccable. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the spa and pool were amazing, and the restaurant breakfast was maybe the best we've had in Southeast Asia (and we have lived in Southesst Asia for years).

Amazing resort! Pool and bar, and spa was fantastic. Dining (when needed) was very good as well and the staff was perfect. Wouldn't have changed a thing - great stay and I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this Hotel and staff. It is where I stay while in Siem Reap. Most of the rooms are in 2 story condo buildings located around a meandering swimming pool to represent a idyllic European village on a creek. Excellent Steff. Most welcoming. Relaxing. Lots of street markets close, But, the property is very quiet. The bedrooms are luxurious. Prefect for a couple or family stay. The cost of a stay is much less than what one would expect given the facilities.

A little away from the main town but only a short tuk tuk ride. The staff are very helpful and attentive. We ate in both the hotel’s restaurants which are excellent.
The large pool area was lovely to relax around after sightseeing. We used the gym and spa, again, excellent facilities.

We had an excellent stay at the resort. The service was top notch (a special thank you to Vinn and Somaly for great assistance and advice), the pool fantastic and so was the breakfast (good selection and quality), we had dinner twice at the resort (also very good).
The hotel is quiet and we had about a 20 min walk to downtown and e.g. Pub Street (we always walked and captured the local life).
We certainly recommend the place and will definitely come back if we go to Siem Reap again.

私は1年間世界一周旅行をしてます。これで、39カ国目です。主にマリオットグループを利用して宿泊してますが、今までの経験の中で最高のホテルです。部屋は天井が高くとても広く快適で、掃除も行き届いてます。リネンも高級で素晴らしい。サービススタッフは、常に笑顔で挨拶や優しさ言葉をかけてくれました。花瓶を壊してしまったけど、請求もなく、宿泊してくれて感謝の言葉をいただきました。食事は、朝食は沢山というわけではないですが、洋食やエスニックの基本的なものは揃い。オムレツは最高の出来映えで、朝食夕食は全て最高でした。交通は、街の外れに位置しますが、中心までトックトックで10分で200円くらいで行けます。時間があれば大きなプールも楽しみたかった。日本人には、ここをオススメします。きっと素晴らしい旅を約束してくれます。
I've been traveling around the world for a year. This is the 39th country. I mainly stay with the Marriott group, and this is the best hotel I've ever experienced. The rooms have high ceilings, are very spacious and comfortable, and are well kept. The linen is also high quality and wonderful. The service staff always greeted us with a smile and said kind words. Although I broke a vase, they didn't charge me and they thanked me for staying the night. As for the meals, the breakfast isn't huge, but it has the basic Western and ethnic foods. The omelets were excellent and the breakfast and dinner were all excellent. Although it is located on the outskirts of town, you can get to the center by Tok Tok in 10 minutes for about 200 yen. I also wanted to enjoy the large pool if I had time. I recommend this place for Japanese people. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful trip.

We stayed at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa during our visit to Siem Reap. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with such great hospitality. The property is stunning, and our room was clean and beautiful. There is plenty of variety to choose from at breakfast. The food was delicious. Without hesitation, we would come back in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great deal for a more isolated stay away from the Siem Reap party scene. Room was spacious, comfortable, well kept, and one of the better places we stayed at in the region. The only issues are as the hotel reopens, not all facilities, like the salt pool, are open. Great space if you are traveling with family or large group.

Property was very well maintained on the outside and the layout is nice. You overlook the swimming pool and bridge over the pool to the bar. The staff are very very friendly, helpful and kind. Always smiling at everyone and very respectful. Hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Also very quiet. The commute to pub street is just a few min away. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of shopping / bargains to made. I would recommend Memoire to my friends and family if they ever travel to Cambodia

The hotel staff made the already perfect hotel that much more amazing! They were always kind, smiling, and eager to please! Included in the room rate is an amazing in-room breakfast and access to beautiful spa! The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. There were two fabulous restaurants on the property. All of the tuck tuck drivers knew where the hotel was, and it was only a short tuck tuck ride from Pub Street and the night market.
After we checked out and did a half day tour, we came back to the hotel to pick up our luggage to head to the airport. They had a driver ready for us. Amazingly they offered us to take showers before we left in their spa, then offered us all a 15 min foot and leg rub before our long travel home! It was sooo kind and thoughtful! I would go back to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel again.
They got everything right, from the gorgeous pools to the cleanliness of the facility. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Siem Reap. We all loved it... I just can’t say enough about how impressed we were!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We got to choose from a variety of welcome drinks (most hotels only have one choice!). We were then upgraded to a Villa Suite which was just incredible with the most beautiful views. We ordered room service that evening as we were very tired from travelling and they gave us complimentary wine. The breakfast team were so amazing, friendly, warm, kind, and welcoming every morning. The hotel is located very close to town, the food was great, the pool was amazing, the views incredible, but most of all - the staff made a wonderful difference. Each and every one of them deserve acknowledgement as they all went above and beyond during our stay. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night with them. Thank you for making our trip so memorable Vanna, Srey, Put Sa, Rathana (and others whose names I have forgotten). I cannot wait to come back again one day :)
