Its new but no bath and no hot tub. Lady up front wasnt friendly checking in. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything upstairs and next door. For being a hilton its definitely not hilton standards

Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Room was nice for our overnight stay. Breakfast offered many options. Hotel location was convenient to places to eat. The small kitchen in our room was very nice, and had we been staying for several days this would have been a much-used amenity.

Hilton’s link to their contactless checkin. It didn’t work. I had to write twice to find out how we could get in (they have a 24 hour desk at Helena so all ended well).
The dishwasher wasn’t unpacked.

I got this hotel because in your advertising it said complimentary breakfast and there wasnt so im very disappointed in the false advertising and also $40 someting for parking and in reality it was $50 something plus taxes. So please when you show this kind of hotel tell the truth. Ive been loyal to expedia but maybe its time to change. So please dont let this happen in the future because it is embarrassing to for the complimentary breakfast when there is none

We love to stay at the Home 2 Suites in Helena - it's very well maintained, spacious rooms and always clean and quiet.

Fine property and comfortable stay for one night. Friendly and helpful staff that seem to enjoy what they do. Breakfast is good, far from great and fills the bill much like airplane food used to—it’s tolerable and has many options. I’d be happy to see hotel breakfast like this go away and let the room price come down. It’s not “free breakfast”

I won’t stay here again. My $300 room was worth maybe $125 ish to me. My main issues are the hideous interior design, the room layout and tacky furnishings and a main entrance that resembles the loading dock at a federal penitentiary. The bathroom had 15-20 pubic hairs stuck to the walls, door, and baseboards. The beds are uncomfortable and the water pressure is about 8 psi. On the upside though the shower keeps you on your toes since the on demand water heater changes temperature by 10-15 degrees constantly.

It was nice to stay there and the stuff was really friendly. Just didn’t like the breakfast offers so much but I’m from Germany and we have just a different Hotel Breakfast Standard (more Fruits and Vegetables and Bread, Ham, Cheese and so on). Everything else was awesome.

From the moment I met Elise at the front desk I knew I was going to like this place. Clean, cheery, modern, and full of the features--no kidding I could do our laundry for FREE! We are now Home2 Suites fans. It was our first stay, won't be our last. In fact, booked one tonight in Idaho Falls!

We were actually very unhappy with our room, it was right by an exit door and people were in and out of it constantly waking us up. People also smoked outside that door and it made our room smell :( we are non-smokers. I will definitely stay here again, the staff and service was great, the room was amazing and very clean. We got a full refund and I am very happy with the outcome. Next time we will not have a room by the exit door though and I will be sure to request that.

Wow! everything and more than we expected! Traveled to Helena for the Holidays, and needed a place for 8 nights. This place fit the bill! Clean with ALL of the amenities: 2 queen beds and pull out couch, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups, silverware, toaster, microwave, flat screen tv. Clean bathroom with working hairdryer (has NOT been my experience in other hotels) workout room; free laundry; pool AND great selection for breakfast! Conveniently located on Helena's north side .... easy on and off of the interstate. Great lounge/common area for extended family and friends to gather: games, laughs, fellowship. OH! And it's pet friendly! The entire facility is quiet (not once did we hear our neighbors -- upstairs, next door, in the hallway .... NOTHING). We will stay again!

Horrible beds ac didn't work, they came and fixed it.
But all of us couldn't sleep.
No choices for pillows just soft ones and the beds were so uncomfortable we left early because we couldn't sleep.
This place was just a pit stop for a night and we canceled our booking on the way back.
Dont stay there.
