Not clean, staff is rude not helpful it doesn’t worth to stay it’s one star bad hotel bad staff and bad very bad Hotels.com booking not professional very very bad customer service, I want recommend to anyone please don’t booking look some other websites specially Hampton hotel Paramus, NJ. Zero star.

We were impressed with our stay. Our room was clean and spacious and the breakfast offerings were numerous and appealing. The staff assisted us with any needs in a prompt and professional manner.
Access to the hotel is a little tricky due to the one-way streets, myriad highway entrances/exits, and some construction - but our maps navigated us accurately.

I love that this property has microwaves! And the free breakfast is actually a real breakfast. Would stay here and any other Hampton Inn moving forward.

Property was very clean. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. The hours for breakfast and the pool were long. Close to restaurants and shopping. I went to an event at MetLife and it was about a 20 min drive without traffic. Will definitely be staying here again.

Checkin out - Approached the counter when it was my turn. The gentleman's eye were were fixated on the computer screen. I told him that we were checking out. His response was "ya, put it in the box, thank you, next." There was no eye contact, I felt like I needed to apologize for bothering him and interrupting his work.
I am not being picky, but hospitality is the actual goal here, no?

Proximity to the highway means some rooms may pick up car noise, but not all. Mine was closer and I could hear it, though it didn't bother me much as I'm used to it. If you prefer a quieter spot, request a room in advance. The room had a clean scent and new furniture, but I did find black hair on my towels, which was disappointing. Can't give it 5 stars. The pool was warm and breakfast was okay. Considering the price, it's worth it. Would stay again if needed.

Exceptional! Really enjoyed the stay at this property. Everyone so helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious clean and modern. Love the automated curtain. The buffet. was a nice addition to the stay. Had everything you would want for breakfast. Was able to get early check in without any hassle. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but the staff went well beyond previous trips. The desk staff in the early hours were excellent on two ocassions, notably coming through with a unique request on my final day. I am especially grateful for the hotel coming through to assist me.

Decent hotel at reasonable rate. Generally clean and well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Acceptably quiet considering the nearby highways.
