We were assigned a room in between, and across from 10u baseball players (we knew this because they had signs on their doors). I should have immediately asked for a different room, but didn't. It isn't at all the hotel's fault that the boys were unruly, loud, etc. I do applaud the hotel for posting signs by the elevators that reminded guests of the quiet hours and that running the halls, slamming doors, etc, would not be tolerated after the first night we were there when the shenanigans went on waaaay too late. That said, the hotel was big enough that i am sure we were placed in that room for convenience of cleaning, etc. Overall i would stay there again. It was clean and well managed!

Booked this room for an event that was happening and when I booked the room way in advance the pool was open when I arrived it was down the whole weekend I didn’t receive any notice or anything that it was down untill I wanted to go enjoy it the front desk just kept saying it was down and didn’t know when it would be back I would’ve really wanted to know this ahead of time

I asked for a first floor room, he way very polite and had a room waiting on me and my ESA (dog) all was very clean and comfortable! Will stay here again if I’m in the area!

It was really good

1. Pool was not working. The piece to fix was ‘supposed’ to arrive Thursday but we had no pool all weekend. At checkin I let the front staff know that I chose that hotel specifically bc it had a pool; I received a not very empathetic “well, sorry” The pool is NOT the fault of the staff, I understand, but I brought 3 kids along that anticipated a pool - just a bummer! 2. Like I said, we brought several of our kids with us so we booked a suite for the extra beds and separate rooms. The room was NOTHiNG like what was described. The 2 rooms? One had all the beds in the same area and the other housed only the refrigerator and microwave - so really it was equivalent to a standard room at the cost of a suite. 3. The reason for poor score: Front desk staff (her name is Kori (sp?)) was on her personal cell the entire time my family was eating breakfast in the lobby. She was talking to customers with her phone in her ear. She went through several checkouts without once putting her phone down. A family checked out at the desk and she immediately began talking about them and making VERY crude jokes and comments about them. I can’t even post here what she said as it is too inappropriate. And she was loud!! Every person in the lobby heard her talking about the customers like this - doesn’t leave a very good impression on guests knowing she will likely do the same to them. It was disgusting to listen to a customer service rep - OR ANY HUMAN IN GENERAL - talk about another person like that.

BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Staff was so friendly, room was so clean, water was so soft and so warm, breakfast was so good and served until 10, which was AWESOME (& it was still fresh food at 9:30 after we had all gotten our workouts in, showered and done a little work) and the geographical area is so nice! I walked outside, alone in the evening and morning and it was beautiful and safe! Hands down, I would recommend this place!
