Very nice little cottage for a couple and kids. Very secluded so not really noisy and very comfortable. Very kind staff and always willing to help. Will definitely be staying again.

First time visiting Rockport. My family and I loved it. Everyone is nice, beach is clean and quiet. Everything you need line HEB,Walmart, Dollar Store etc. is super close by. Give it a try it wont disappoint.

Enjoyed our stay at Pelican Bay Resort. We stayed in a mini suite which was right in front of the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get much pool time in since it was extremely crowded most of the time while there. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Only thing is the door know to enter and exit the room was a little difficult to turn at times. We will definitely stay again.

Toilet leaked . Door lock didn’t work and properly and room had an odor. Charged $50 cash for my 20 lb maltipoo. Will never go back!

Great little place to stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location is very good. The rooms have been aged by time and the salt in the air. They need to upgrade the rooms and provide some basic maintenance; paint, wallpaper repairs, etc.

Thank you. The lady who took care of us was very nice and they are very communicative. The place was quiet and it was affordable and I love their towels were cleaned and new. The pool was closed due to hurricane so we were unable to use it.

The staff were awesome. I talked to a few of them. Very polite and helped me out when i jeed help. Answered my questions and if they didnt know, they made sure to find someone who did. I will be going back.

We had an amazing stay. The property is clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We used the pool and fishing pier during our stay! Although we were only there a night, we will definitely be coming back to stay longer. The cottages are adorable and absolutely love the trees surrounding the property.

Bed was uncomfortable. Too firm.

There were little spiders that bit us; smelled: old smell; spiders on the walls. Sofa bed was horrible.

Loved the quietness of the whole trip!

The cottage is a nice, quiet and spacious weekend retreat for a couple (and a dog). The downside is that the interior needs major improvements and updates. The grounds and cottage exterior is really beautiful, including the pier. This is like a 3-star place and if you know that, you will like it.

The resort was very nice and easy to locate. Our porch light didn't work. We had ants in the kitchen and you can tell where the bathroom had flooded because the wood trim was rotten. I would stay again if I am able to inspect my cottage first. The private pier was easy to access.

They are my go to place to stay when going to the coast area. Love the cottages and how relaxing it is there.

The property is beautifully kept up. It feels like home away from home. Staff was very friendly.

One of the tv’s didn’t work, the property was clean except the floor. There is NO manager on site Monday through Friday so I called and left one message, I texted and left another message and absolutely NO response. There is no customer service at this place, don’t waste your money.

No longer recommend. I’ve stayed here multiple times but hurt since it was sold it is just not the same. Booked through Expedia and the resort said payment would not go through to two incorrect code. Expedia said everything was right on their end so I don’t know where the issue was honestly but it went from $329 to $497. Because she said it was more to book directly through them. The hot tub was not working. We informed the lady the morning after because you can’t reach anyone after 5 PM anymore. She said it would be fixed but it was not. No pool towels provided anymore. Water in shower didn’t get past warm either and other guests were complaining outside. Room seemed clean but everything was sticky and sticks turned black. Property is looking more ghetto and not maintained. Positive is I love the pier even tho it didn’t lock so not really private anymore and the location. This experience actually broke my heart since I was spending first Mothers Day without my Mom and wanted it to be relaxing.

I had a business meeting in Corpus on Friday 5/2 and had booked this "resort" for that evening. We got there at 5:30 and there was a sign on the door that provided 2 phone numbers for emergency or after hours check-in. I called both numbers SEVERAL times. I never received any instructions from the hotel. I went back and looked afterward. I worked with Hotels.com who also had no luck getting ahold of anyone. Hotels.com did not help me as they deferred to the hotels policies. Unacceptable.After many many years of being a hotels.com customer, I will no longer use this platform. In addition to this experience, the new one key rewards program takes FOREVER to see any value.

Pool area was grwat for family

Had to strip our beds and take out the trash. Isn’t that the cleaning crews job? Don’t feel I should have to that. Under new ownership. Property not kept as good as it use to be.

Small quite, perfect for a small family with little kids.

We had a great time! The pool, pier and cottage were all excellent. The location is easy access to all restaurants, beach, and piers. The management was super friendly and helpful. It made our stay one to remember. Highly recommend!

Are was amazing the only thing was the broken shower head in cabin 1 that was held together with a hair tie. Other than that place was good .

Everything was great except that others messed up the pool so kids couldn’t swim during our whole stay
