Amazing service from every member of staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant trip. It’s so refreshing to have people welcome you with a warm, genuine smile - it’s so simple a gesture and yet so rare to find! Would happily come back to this hotel

Or room was perfect not big but not tiny just perfect for us for a 1 night stay. Very clean, new and very friendly. Would definitely stay again when in town. Close to supermarket and cafes for coffee and sweets.

This boutique hotel is a true gem in the location of Thessaloniki.
It starts from the amazing stuff and their incredible hospitality.
The rooms are also very clean and spacious.
The breakfast and generally their food is excellent and their prices reasonable.
If I could give some constructive feedback is that the 1st floor rooms can easily hear the noise in the reception area when there is a check in - check out happening . Would love to see some more sound proof options in these rooms next to the doors to help resolve that.
Otherwise this is the place to book - also extremely friendly if you have a pet.

Has glass floor in the restaurant with view of ancient ruins. Decent breakfast. Convenient location for walking around the center of Thessaloniki and to St Dimitrius Cathedral.

Excellent 5 star stay. Highly recommended as it was very clean with extremely kind staff, always in a smile and very helpful. Walkable to all sightseeing and all VIP perks received. Property was nice and modern, bathroom though, had a very bad sewage smell that we alerted the front desk of. It only was covered up one day and went back to smelling terribly the next day. Other than that, the bed was comfortable but the air conditioner did make a noise all night. The walls or gap under the door made it very easy to hear all noise in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Second time at this lovely hotel. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and sun chairs was not open this time which was a real pity as nowhere outside to relax. Nice clean and quiet rooms. Short walk from old town with nice cafes and restaurants.

Nice little hotel with kind and service minded staff. But no gym, pool, and room service closes at 7pm. Not good enough for a “5-star hotel”.

My fifth stay at this immaculately clean, modern, and well-appointed hotel within a short walk of the restaurant area...the staff is exceptional in their service and hospitality...here one is not a "hotel guest"...but a guest of this friendly, accommodating, and welcoming staff... highly recommend...

Everyone was very friendly, the hotel was clean and rooms very nice. The location was also great and close walking distance to many good restaurants and the waterfront.

Highlights are the cleanliness and both the service at breakfast and the breakfast itself.
Less good, we were quite late checking in and given a standard double even though we had booked a junior suite, when I initially went back to reception, I was told we had a suite, and then told we would be moved the following day as they were fully booked.
The roof terrace (only outdoor space) is closed which is a shame as it looked like it would have had sone good views (apparently not been opened for a number of year).
For a seemingly 5 star boutique hotel, this is lacking on details and service (no porter for bags on check-in, not shown to room, cleaning cloths left in room and bottled water missing one day and only 4 coffee pods for a 6 day stay!)

Didnt start off well… we could not lock the door to our room and noticed that someone had kicked the door in and split the wood on the door facing making lock inoperable. We reported to front desk as we leaving for dinner and they said they would take a look at it. When we returned we were told that nothing was wrong with the door and that we were just not slamming the door hard enough. We were insistent that they accompany us up to take a look. Turns out they had gone to wrong room. They gave us another room but they could have handled the situation better. Replacement room was nice and comfortable and AC worked very well. Breakfast buffet lacked protein choices but they will cook eggs to order for you if you ask.

I will recommend the hotel. The team was exceptionally friendly, useful and very service oriented. Location is good in context of night life. While it is very pleasant and well designed, not sure it is at par with other 5 star locations.

Central location amongst everything in Thessaloniki. Staff were extremely helpful in helping us with directions, booking excursions and restaurants nearby. They could not have been more helpful. A special shout out goes to Klara who genuinely cared and made sure that we had an amazing time.
The room was spacious, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone visiting Thessaloniki

Alexandra the hostess was a vey gentle kind and friendly lady. She provided all of the information necessary - by American standards this hotel top of the tops perfect place to stay in beautiful Thessaloniki. So much to to offer will definitely come back and revisit
