Nice, clean, easy check in, very kind staff. Would definitely stay again ! My family has stayed there multiple times and loves every time.

The room was roomy and very comfortable.
The bathroom floor had long curly black wig or natural hairs all over.
That water closet door squeaked very loudly, so we told the lady at the front desk and she said she’d have maintenance fix it.
It never happened.
Our stay was for 3 nights.

Property overall looks good. For the rate I paid the room wasn’t worth it. Room Smell like humidity, wasn’t clean, bathroom was full of moho. That particular room needs some fixing.

Two of the three treadmills were not working. But OMG, I love the free warm cookies offered up around 4PM. It’s little things!

My daughter and I and my two-year-old grandson stayed two nights here. We had a great time and it was so wonderful walking into a nice clean air-conditioned room. We even used their packable crib and everything was great. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed the cookies in the afternoon and the pool with lots of fun. No complaints from us!

The hotel was fine, clean and comfortable. But two things were problematic. One, the hot water in the sink NEVER came on, it was always cold. Two, our room was not cleaned even though we were there two nights. No dry towels, bed not made, no coffee packages. Had to go down to the desk to get coffee for the morning. At the price we paid, seems like that should have happened. And we were gone all day!

Very modern hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet- we couldn't hear the people in the next room at all. The full breakfast was very good. We'll be back the next time we visit my daughter who lives in the area.

I was quite taken aback to find out they did not have Keurig coffee pots in the rooms. I actually had to borrow one from family to use during my stay.
Upon check out I made this compliant and was told "well we got rid of them during Covid and did not put them back" I stated you are the only hotel that does not use them and the desk agent stated "really, I thought everyone got rid of them".
With all this being said, I will not use Hampton Inn for any future stay

The room was absolutely clean no complaints. Bed was comfy and everything was up to par. Breakfast had different varieties to choose from. You had choices from cereal, waffles, sausages and mini omelettes.
