The cleanliness and I arrived early and they allow me n the room. This was great.

The Hotel, all the areas and my Room was great, clean and brand new, my problem is that they dont do what they offered to the customer, i did the a reservation with them because they offered me transportation to the airport, parking lot to my vehicle during my trip and transportation airport- hotel in my way back from trip just calling 24 hrs. in advanced for reservation like i did and at the time i arrived at the airport they never showed up to pick me up with my family, i called back to the hotel and the lady told me that they cant pick me up because they don't have Van for the transportation available and the question is why they didn't say anything when i did the reservation for that, and i dont care to pay for a taxi but i dont like to losse my time waiting for them and didn't show up thats all.

Impressed with the courteous front desk staff mainly with a young man by the name of Abraham. He scheduled my Antigen test a few days before my arrival which was SO convenient for me. Our room was very clean and the hot complimentary breakfast was EXCELLENT. Great variety every morning.

Our stay was excellent in most ways however a couple of things prevent us from giving it a perfect score. The shower drain did not drain there by flooding the bathroom. And they messed up our shuttle departure time. Not major issues but nevertheless issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect score.

It was great. Very clean, and well kept. The frist night there we did have an issue with the a/c , but we where changed to a diffrent room and from there everthing was smooth. We will sure use this hotel again. Shower was very nice.

Next to a large mall with many good restaurants. Not far from airport. Lots of traffic on the access roads during commuting hours.

The staff was outstanding Alexis at the front counter did an outstanding job in make our stay excellent and, Angie was so accommodating during breakfast. The hotel was clean and staff were all so friendly I would highly recommend staying. Location was great, close to a mall and not far from airport.
