Good hotel to stay. Clean and tiled floor. But there is no microwave oven in the room. It is very important for travelers to be able to warm their food.

We stayed at the AC one night over Labor Day weekend. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and had great recommendations for places to eat, get a latte, park, etc. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bar in the lobby had a small but varied menu of small plates, just what we needed for dinner after eating way too much at a late lunch. The bartender was friendly and made a delicious cocktail. I can't say enough about the breakfast--- best I have ever had a a hotel. The buffet held various meats, specialty breads, mini quiches, a variety of fresh fruit and more. The waiter offered to make me a latte, but they did not carry alternative milk products, so I had to pass. My only negative was the lighting in the bathroom--not conducive for women trying to put on makeup. Other than that minor concern, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and the location was good. The problem we had was the staff was extremely rude. We went for breakfast the morning we were leaving and the staff treated us like we were an inconvenience. We had our bags a were trying to locate our breakfast vouchers. We were able to locate one but couldn’t find the other. My husband was going to go back to the room to check for it but the staff was super upset and forced us to pay $15 for the fruit we put on a second plate before they would let us leave. They treated us like we were trying to steal their food when we were clearly staying there. We just paid and left without finishing our food because we were so offended.

We arrived late (we called to let them know in advance), and they had given away our two queen room (it was a family of four; my wife was not please about a sofa bed). The building is great, the breakfast was solid

Excellent hotel. Extremely clean and staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area in downtown Salt Lake that has many restaurants in walking distance and delivery also available.

Beautiful property conveniently located walking distance to Wiseguys. I had two issues I reported to the front desk when I came down and bought snacks. He was apologetic but didn’t offer to comp my water which he should have considering the issue was regarding a water bottle. Parking situation is a little confusing. An email sent prior to arrival would solve that.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This was our first time staying in an AC Marriot Hotel and I have to say we were very empresses. Everything was just perfect!

Close to the Salt Palace. Very modern and has everything you need. They don’t serve lunch or dinner but not a big deal at all. Breakfast is good. They do have a full service bar with prepared coffee that is really good in the lobby.

This desk staff is always very helpful and pleasant. We love that the parking is in a gated garage. We were given free breakfast to try em which was great. Would stay there again!

Room didnt feel clean, strange brown liquid on floor, a strange capsule pill at the door, hand prints on the shower door, hair o n the chair and crumbs on the other chair. Staff was very kind but wasnt comfortable

The hotel is great, super nice. Very friendly. The only down side is that they gave us two parking passes and then when we left charged us $20/each to park. If we knew it cost we would have parked on the street. Otherwise Great hotel, very nice

This is great place to stay, Located close to everything in Downtown Salt Lake. Only complaint is only one elevator was working. But I can handle that.

Generally, the AC hotels are great, and SLC is no exception. The rooms are clean and well laid out. I really Ike the hydration stations on each floor, and the euro-style breakfast is great. Friendly staff, great location.
