Good but one

I was very impressed with the Marigold Hotel; its location, cleanliness, value for money, and excellent friendly service. I highly recommend.

Room was clean and service was good. Internet connection wasn't that great. Breakfast so-so.

It was nice staying overall, The receptionist has upgraded my accommodation to the next level sweet complement. However the breakfast was not good as it had been before Corona?!

You and the hotel Marigold in Tunis gave me very bad treatment and service Im thinking not to use you in my future travel It’s next to impossible to communicate with you as my booking agent and did not finish my cancellation of the reservation at this terrible hotel

I liked the cleanliness of this hotel, huge room and comfortable beds and pillows. I wasn't satisfied with the internet (poor connection) and the food is average, i think it should be better compared to this level hotel.

clean hotel, nice services, area is not that great

This is my 3rd time in Marigold. The first time was great, the second pretty bad because I was given a bad room. This third time it was fine just like the first, room was large and clean, services were good enough. I'll surely be back in my next trip to Tunisia.

Checking in was really smooth. They even called my name as soon as I reached the reception. This is my first time to stay here. I will for sure come back.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Marigold Hotel. The rooms are well furnished, comfortable bed and clean/modern bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was plenty and great quality. The dinner buffet looked equally nice but I had no time to try. The staff is very friendly and supportive and the location is great for many places in the city. I was able to walk and run in a nearby park. The wifi was occasionally spotty in the room and a gym room would have been good, but overall a good experience. I will return

Reception failed to confirm my payment and I had to re-pay again until I showed them the payment email confirmation. Shuttle service was not available for my trip and it was at additional charges.

I like this hotel it is clean and comfortable and the crew are very friendly, I recommend to choose this hotel if you plan to visit Tunisia

It is a very good place the staff is friendly and helpful the suite was very clean and comfortable it was quite pleasant hotel with good beakfast. I recommend it for families

the hotel is good. breskfast included was great. i was needing to shush away all the pushy staff hovering around giving or doing things i didnt want or even ask for. if they tone down the pushyness it can be much more pleasent. overall though not as bad hotel. within walking distance to city center. clean, modern. large room. not bad

Room was comfortable and location was fine. Not central but also not far removed. A/C worked well and showers were warm and nice. Unfortunately, wifi in the room was very spotty so had to stay in the lobby to get reliable access.

Need care for service but it's acceptable hotel about four stars....
