Lovely Guest House with beautiful grounds. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very gracious and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

If I ever return to VF I will be staying here! The food tasted better than the popular restaurants, the staff was so nice. Everything was perfect.

The ambience was exactly what I expected, and i lived it. It was rustic but with all the modern amenities. The complimentary breakfasts were divine - particularly the avocado salad. But the entire buffet was awesome.
I liked that I could book the tours (Dinner cruise and Chobe tour) through PheZulu.
Last, but no ways least, is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming, accommodating, helpful, etc. PheZulu is a jewel I would recommend to anyone who will be visiting Victory Falls.

lovely, simple hotel with a large room, comfortable bed, mosquito netting, and a large comfortable shower. Had air conditioning although it stayed relatively cool even in 100° heat. Staff very friendly and food. Very good. Free breakfast was lovely and dinner was available at night and was interesting and tasty. It was a 2 mile walk to the falls, but the area seemed very safe hotel could easily arrange for you to get a cab down to the Falls. Town is 1.5 miles. It is fairly small. I found it very walkable even in the heat. The price was very good relative to some of the other hotels in the area and I found it quite comfortable and inviting. Neighborhood was safe and I was able to go for a long run in the morning before the heat.

I would love to stay here again when I come back to the falls. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are intimate and clean, the beds are soft. I loved my stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Phe Zulu. All the staff members were friendly and helpful and did their utmost to make our stay at Victoria Falls enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Photos do not do justice to the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms. The food was excellent. Visiting Victoria Falls and the surrounding area was the trip of a lifetime, and we will not hesitate to stay at Phe Zulu for our next visit.

Great smaller hotel in a safe and quiet area. Clean, comfortable, and nice showers. Friendly and helpful staff - the manager was exceptional - and great breakfast too. Would very happily stay there again!

The staff here are great and helped us book some activities with very little notice! Safe and clean with a nice area to get drinks. Continental breakfast was good too.

Great base to spend a weekend exploring Victoria Falls. Really good food at the restaurant, we had our best dinner there. The staff are very polite and friendly.

This is adorable small hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. We loved breakfast choices, specially fruit salad and bread rolls were to die for. We walked in the morning to the waterfront, it would take us about half an hour. Really nice walk by the ocean through the waterfront park. We enjoyed our stay at Headsouth Lodge.

The facilities are fairly basic but certainly does the job. The nets around the bed are very good and they provide insect repellent and spray which is obviously important for this part of the world. The shower is part of a wet room however, which is not ideal as most of the bathroom floods after a shower.The hotel staff are extremely friendly and cant do enough for you. They are very helpful if you have an excursion booked or want to book one.

The staff were really helpful in confirming our activities, even though we hadn't booked through them. They organised us packed breakfasts when we were up early for a safari and made us dinner reservations. Could not be happier with them and the facilities! The rooms were lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the showers were awesome.
