We booked a room for 2 people and only one bath towel and wash cloth were in the bathroom. Additionally, the electric window shades didn't work so we couldn't raise/lower the blinds. Lastly, my husband had no hot water as of 8:30am on a Saturday morning to start his day. Hotel might appear modern and clean but fundamental things need to work and be supplied.

The hotel was at a very convenient location and very attractive facility. The humorous aspect of the stay was the bathroom door was a sliding door to enclose either the closet or the bathroom. The door was so heavy that it was a challenge to senior guests!

As my stay was for business as usual, my only complaint is that the beds in my opinion, are somewhat uncomfortable for me. The firmness of the mattress was a bit too firm and felt like it’s on the older side for a mattress. The linens were very comfortable and clean. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was excellent. I have to mention that the cleaning staff at my particular hotel was excellent and did their jobs very well. The staff would always acknowledge me in passing and sometimes even greet me. Overall my experience very good and of course I’ll be back in November for a business stay again. The hotel has ample parking and some great amenities. Very easy to locate.

Our room was as expected - very comfortable bed and clean updated bathroom. The breakfast was great and included a nice waffle bar. The breakfast staff was kind. Only complaint was upon checkin we were barely greeted by the staff member who was busy on his phone.

location is excellent for Media. The only slight negative was no water volume or pressure in the bathroom sink. Shower was fine. I've stayed in this hotel more than a dozen times over the years. I would have to assume that housecleaning would have raised this flag to staff but it did not preclude management from renting out the room in this condition. Did not discover this until already settled into the room otherwise I would have requested a different room.

It was decent for a short stay, the bed was uncomfortable, the carpet felt a little sticky, very nice staff though and convenient for what we needed. Wouldn’t want to do many nights there however.

Hotel staff were all very friendly!! Easy check in and check out. My room was very clean and I was happy about everything at my stay there and would definitely stay there again!! They had a beautiful free breakfast buffet with warm and cold food- I opted out as I had a long drive ahead and I don’t usually eat at 6:15 am, I had a nice cup of hot coffee to go though!

The shower was not good. Water barely warm.
Fire alarm went if early one morning repeating off and on for over 30 minutes.
Overall I will not use Hampton Inn in the furure.

The staff members are amazing! I had an issue with the booking due to an error on my part and the representative corrected it right away. During check-in the desk representative was helpful and good natured. I won't hesitate to stay here again if my travel bring me back to this area.

Overall very quiet and cozy for our night before our flight! Never been before but we were welcomed with kindness. Good area, a little congested in some spots but overall great.

The front desk said the check out time is 11am but my booking said check out time is 12 pm. They still argued with me after I gave them my explanation. The house keeper knocked the door and said the same thing again. It’s the hotel.com and Hampton inn did not communicate clearly.

Mark was awesome. He was very helpful and patient. I was checking in around 10:30pm with my three children. We all know how that can be. But it was not a challenge for Mark. Thank you for your courtesy and generosity.
