Beautiful restoration of an historic building; comfortable, central, but very busy and staff are not always as attentive or approachable as the luxury they are seeking to offer would suggest.

Overall, the Stamba wasn’t too bad although the reviews e read made it seem like it was going to be wonderful and our expectations were too high. Would have been better if they had a fitness room and friendlier staff.

I stay in many hotels, and they are usually a bit less than the actual picture or imagination; this hotel certainly hit the spot, very spacious room cool design coffee machine was great add on, make sure if you smoke to book a smoking room otherwise you need to pay 200 euro. Thanks

It is a very nice property. The reception act as concierge as well and provide a good suggestions and prompt service when asked. That being said, the other hotel staff will not greet you when you walk like other 5 stars hotels, my Expedia VIP status was not recognized, and the hotel lacks in terms of personalized luxury services. I would describe it as a beautiful serviced apartments with coworking office/space in the ground floor. There is also a slight disorganization going on as I booked an airport pickup yet they messaged me asking for the time of arrival to the hotel even though they had my flight details already. Also, I kept a deposit with the hotel but the bar were unable to charge my room which was sorted later.

Very cool property with a unique design. Our room was very spacious and had great amenities (record player, coffee machine etc). The AC in our room was loud which made it hard to get a restful sleep. Service, specially in their cafe can be much better. They have a lot of staff that are very polite but don’t proactively approach or check on you, and when you try to signal for a waiter to come they are on their phone or talking to each other. Location of the hotel is very convenient.

The property is beautiful. The Roman interior design is fabulous and unusual. However, I did not appreciate that the receptionist woke me up at 11pm to ask me to remove my car because it was parked in one of 10 spots dedicated to the owner’s Armada of fancy cars, but none of the spots were marked as reserved and I was supposed to figure it out on my own.

A very unique experience overall. Great ambience and acute identity to the hotel.

Very good stay, but not eco-friendly at all. Towels are replaced even when you hang them indicating you will reuse them. Toiletries are replaced when half used. Bar soap is thrown away and replaced with a fresh one each day. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone but management needs to change their sustainability practices.

An amazing place. I had to come back to Stamba after finishing my tour around Georgia. I can't give it its right, everything is superb. Staying in Stamba made my Tbilisi trip an enjoyable and relaxing one.

The room was beautiful and the hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast was a bit lacking

Very nice hotell close to the center. Location could have been better but absolutely good for me. Staff was friendly although they have a long way to go to be truly serviceminded. Becauce of the pandemic the breakfast was not so good. personel didnt know what to do and some even gave orders to the paying customers. Pandemic or not the one who pays the bill has to have the final word. Anyway the stay was pleasant and looking forward to come one day back.

Great hotel and restaurants. Service culture needs an overhaul for it to bring it up to an international standard. Pool still not open.
