Parking was a little tight but other then that great service

The pools, hot tubs, and other activities available at Grand Timber were really great! And our room was the largest single room we have ever seen!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Loved everything about this resort. Clean, quiet, easy parkimg access, bar/grill, surrounding areas were beautiful. Would stay here again. Only rhing miasomg was a gift shop or small store and a nice sit down restaurant for breakfast. Loved the shuttle transportation.

The Grand Timber Lodge exceeded our expectations! A friendly staff, beautiful setting, great amenities, and a fun atmosphere added to our experience. Our room was very spacious and had a nice, cozy deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening songbirds.

Grand Timber Lodge was the perfect place. We enjoyed the hotel and the pool/jacuzzi. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

Liked the balcony and adjoining rooms. Little hot in the room

very loud at 2am teens shouting and goofing off. also kids screaming in the pool. No central AC, very warm in the summer months to cool down and fall asleep. need to keep windows open at all times

Not my first stay. Last stay was much better. Don’t usually visit deep in the summer primarily because there are too many very loud people in the pool at night. There were even comments by young people of the screaming and over the top noise at night

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and amazing views. Very convenient to town including a shuttle. Plenty of garage parking. Outdoor pools and hot tubs were relaxing looking up at the mountain views. We will be back!

Very beautiful hotel in such a perfect location. Kiersten was super nice and helpful up at the front desk, starting us off with such a great impression of the lodge. The shuttle is convenient and both the drivers we had were lovely, too. I’m happy I got to stay here for my first time in Breckenridge.

Great that parking is included, and although it was busy, never seemed crowded.

We love staying at Grand Timber Lodge. Very clean, nice staff, lots to do on the property from arcade, movie theaters to swimming, and less than a mile from town center so very walkable. Highly recommend taking the gondola to Peak 8.

Very nice property. Rooms were nice and cozy. Restaurant within property was very convenient. Parking is very tight though. Other than that, I recommend it.

The property was beautiful and quiet! The temp was amazing so we were glamping with the doors open all week! It was absolutely gorgeous- we recommend this place and will visit again!

Resort was great. Staff were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves. I had a headache do to the elevation most of our trip. So drink a lot of fluids and stay hydrated. Only thing that we would have loved was air conditioning temp outside was 73 but 82 in the room. We had box fans and a ceiling fan but was still warm in the room. Windows only cranked out about 3 inches. Beautiful scenery. Definitely would stay again

No breakfast. Overall great experience! Absolutely love the garage. Shuttle service was amazing. They pretty much take you to your exact destination if not very close to it. We love this property. Will stay here again

Nice, clean property with a wide range of amenities. A bit far from town, but the free shuttle is convenient and there was never more than a 10-minute wait.

Stayed on a ski trip. Great access to the mountain. Also enjoyed relaxing in the pools and hot tubs after a fun day on the hill

Overall a great experience! We have stayed here before. This time the people above us were so insanely loud starting at 5am everyday and that made it hard to sleep and hard for our baby to sleep. The property itself was great, pool was fun and warm. We even got to experience an elk close up, from a safe distance as he mingled around the property. Check in was easy, parking simple, loved taking the shuttle to town so easily. Staff was patient and friendly. Room was clean and everything was functional.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of criticisms: - We arrived early and were told we would be e-mailed when the room was available. The front desk didn't want to send an SMS as we had an international number (not sure why as they then sent several courtesy SMS throughout our stay) but this never arrived. My wife checked at front desk around 3:30 but was told just to wait for the message. I went to the front desk at 4:30 and was told the room was ready and they were surprised we hadn't been told. It would have been useful for us to have access to the room as soon as it was ready. - Could do with more ski lockers at the Peak 9 side ski-in as these were usually all in use, as were the lockers in the building and in our parking garage. We wasted time walking around the hotel in ski boots (with a tired kid) trying to find somewhere to leave skis and ended up giving up and storing them in our car.

Great hotel for children! warm pool, place for children to play, close to the ski center.

We stayed here for spring break and loved. Room for 4 was spacious, the pool area is great and so the bar. It is ski in, and not exactly ski out (you have walk and carry skis). There are lockers, but the hotel was full and it took some time to find one available and some didn't work properly, but the staff was always quick to help. It was also hard to find a free spot in the garage. Transportation to town was easy with the shuttle. The ski rental store onsite was also very convenient. There is no breakfast, but the market at the reception has some basics, and you can stock up at the grocery store in town.
