This is a beautiful hotel in two historic buildings that have been attached. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast and popular for evening drinks as well. Alll staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Well definitely be back.

Would have given this hotel 5stars if there hadn’t been an incident with a person at our window (we were street level) at 2am, clearly on drugs and himself not ready for sleep. Though this was not the hotels fault, the front desk had to call the police, and no one followed up after all was said and done. The room was lovely, the bed & bedding comfortable, nice big space with large shower. Did not eat here. Front desk check in was easy. Parking easy. Short overnight stay.

Always love a Marriott. Only downfall is I was kind of skeptical that my room was even clean considering the amount of dust in it.

It was a pleasure staying at the C G Courtyard. I loved reading about the history on the building and love to see after renovations some of the original architecture left uncovered.The rooms were spacious and sexy! I was greeted upon arrival promptly and loved the the service from the girls at the bar. Thanks

The advertisement of fully handicap accessible rooms is not true. Getting a room with a walk-in shower with a seat, even though it was listed as available, was complicated. The hotel staff did their best but we moved to three rooms before there was something and it was not

Bedding was wrinkly which looked untidy.
Towels were wrinkled too.
Everything appeared clean in the room, just not kept. Wash clothes were hard. Perhaps they always put new cloths for faces and do not wash before hand?
Bobby area was very pretty, Great location. Probably stay at a different place possibly the new hotel that’s part of a casino in Cape Girardeau.

Just an overnight stay, but this restored old building is absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable, very convenient to the Top of the Marc restaurant next door.

Unique historic building. My only complaint were that the pillows were super flat and the bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Extremely helpful and kind. I have 3 small children and it can be a lot traveling with them sometimes due to accommodations. However the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. There’s no room service but a lot of dining options walking distance from the hotel. Definitely recommend!

Amazing staff, everyone was so kind! Check in was smooth and the room was clean. Very pretty hotel. The bistro had really yummy breakfast options and the Starbucks was a bonus. Definitely looking forward to staying here again if I ever come to Cape, Girardeau!
