It was fine except for the lack of coffee maker in the room. Who wants to have to get dressed and face washed to see other people before their first cup of coffee?! Other than that it was fine.

Pros: Good location from I-65. Nice checkin staff. Cold AC, decent breakfast. Cons; absolutely filthy room. water leaked from the shower door I wiped up with towel. Disgusting is an understatement. Floors look like they have never been mopped. White became dark gray instantly. Pillowed are down and thin and uncomfortable. Cracked recessed light above the bed, husband was nervous it would fall on him. Hair in bathroom and sheets! If we weren’t exhausted I would have asked to switch rooms.

Kids like the games, nice hotel, Clean, and staff is friendly.

Good one night stay for the price. Looked nice and fairly new. Liked having the foosball tables in the lobby as an added amenity. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Comfort was ok. We usually stay at a 3-3.5 star, so a 2.5 was abnormal for us. We did stay at another 2.5 about a year ago, and this was nice in comparison it it.

Noise level from the room beside us was very loud.

We only stayed overnight on a road trip, but the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and was available during a 4-hour period. The front desk was very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at TruHilton, however, there were a couple things which I think could use improvement. There aren't any dressers, or drawers of any kind, in the rooms so you can unpack and not live out of a suitcase. There are only two light switches in the room itself. One when you enter and the other next to the bed near the window. This is only works if your are sleeping on that side of the bed otherwise you have to get out of bed and turn off the light and then get back into the bed on the other side. The shower door needs a handle on the inside so that the door closes completely and water doesn't leak out while showering. I am a tall person so I was eventually able to close it by pulling the door from the top, but a shorter person could not do so. These are the only quirks about the room, other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Clean newer hotel, nice room, comfortable bed. Only down side was a lot of dust in room especially bathroom vent, a towel supposed to be clean was dirty yellow stain on towel. But nice place.

This was an easy off during our drive home from spring break. It was convenient, clean, fun, and breakfast was good. We’d stay again!

Did not like the minimalistic approach - no actual dressers or closets. A very bare bones hotel

Everything was great other than the pool was not open due to the heater being out. It would also have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room instead of having to use the one in the lobby. Staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was really good. I would recommend to family and friends.

Check in was a little slow but overall very pleasant. The hotel was amazing! First time at a Tru and this is now my preferred hotel!! It was very clean and efficiently organized. I loved it!

Fun and colorful with nice lobby, plenty of seats and cubbies to do work from. Rooms are typical for what you pay for. Dog friendly!!
