Really fun and cute place! Can’t beat the location and the staff were so unbelievably friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

From the reviews i've read before booking this hotel i felt as it was a new boutique hotel vibe, on top oq a well known café. Its not it. Tha rooms are not at the same place as the café, what could seam good for avoiding the noise, nut the room we got was street level, after crossing a grid gate straight to the room door facing the street. I really have nothing to complain about noise cause didnt bother me but for those who are light sleep, the room upstairs and street make some noise. I also didnt feel confortable so close to the street. There are some abandoned stores on the street and i would not book this room (africa themed room) if i knew where it was located. The staff was really friendly and nice and u can tell they are trying their best to make the place nice. The room is spacious and grear arconditioning and shower. I didnt enjoy the bed linens. The location it self is great for walkers, but overall i wouldnt retund sadly.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation for us from the cruise terminal and then to the airport. The room had a beautiful balcony and was very spacious. We had nice recommendations for restaurants in the area. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Location, location, location. This hotel is at the heart of the action. Restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The vibe all around is amazing. It is also walking distance to the train station, and the Acropolis museum, and the Parthenon.
The hotel is nice clean. modern. The manager Angelo was so nice, all the staff were friendly. My family and I had an amazing time. I would definitely come back.

Amazing spot. Angelo is a fantastic host with great recommendations and goes above and beyond to help out. We stayed in the penthouse with a dedicated room with a queen bed, two twin pullouts, an amazing balcony with a hammock and a view of the Parthenon. The design of the entire sport was spectacular, from the room to the bar, to even the staircase! Breakfast in the morning was delicious, came with coffee of our choice, and a fresh orange juice while being included in the price. I want to come back to Athens just to stay here again!

I wish I could give this 5 stars. The people, location, breakfast staff were excellent. But the noise. The Frogs Guesthouse is ALSO a trendy local bar, which is great if you don't mind loud music and talking till the early hours.
But if you're trying to get up early to see the sights (awesome location for that), the provided earplugs make it tough to sleep.
So if you're an early-to-bed, early-to-rise kind of person, this place probably isn't for you. On the other hand, if you're in Athens for a good time, this place is PERFECT!

Simply amazing! The hosts greeted us and made us feel extremely welcomed from the minute we stepped into their cozy guesthouse which is conveniently located near the station. The room is spacious and newly renovated with great amenities. Staying here made our short stay in Athens more memorable. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutly WONDERFUL! Could not wish for anything more. Best location possible, warm and super friendly couple that greeted is on the Street and made us feel like family! Rooms were clean and cute in everyway.

Very friendly staff. Perfect for a visit in Athen. Perfect location for sightseeing in Athen. Big choice of restaurants very close to the guesthouse. Parking is possible wirh a 5 minutes walk. The room was very big and very comfortable with many space for the luggage. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The "Africa" room we stayed in was on street level, so it was incredibly noisy. I would never have booked it if I had known it was street level. The ceilings are so thin you could also hear people moving about. Basically, you will not get any sleep if you stay here.

This Hotel was great. Staff were amazing. They all went out of their way to make us comfortable and ensure that our time was enjoyable. Highly recommend as a place to stay in the centre of Athens.

We stayed two nights in this small, charming room near lots of restaurants, shops and sites. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast is ordered off the menu and comes delightfully arranged. They packed a sweet treat for an early departure.
There is no elevator.

This is a unique little hotel, thats a 5 minute walk from Monastiraki Square. The owner of the hotel is a really cool person. You can tell he has put his heart and soul in to making your experience as best as possible. The room we stayed was a great size. Well decorated. And had all the amenities you'd need.
Obviously at the low price point, you cannot expect to be staying at a hilton. But I would say that it is a very good value for the money. The only big drawback is that its an exit point from all the nearby bars. So theres allot of loud people walking down the street at night. I think if you used earplugs, the hotel is probably perfect.
There is a ton of amazing bars, and restaurants just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. And of course 5 minutes away is Monastiraki Square and the Metro entrance. This means its walkable to enjoy Placca and the Accropolis.

The guesthouse is in a very fun part of the city with lots of restaurants, historical sites, and shopping within walking distance. The cafe/bar is has also great coffee, pastries, drinks, etc. We only stayed for one night but wish we could've spent longer there! One downside worth noting is that the shower in our room seemed to run out of water rather quickly. The room also required navigating a fairly steep staircase; it may not be the best location for those with limited mobility.

Excellent location close to everything, walkabble, quiet, safe, newly renovated, spacious room and bathroom. Only had hot water on 1 out of 5 nights. Floor in the bathroom should we swept daily and toiletries replenished without asking when running low. Great fresh and fast breakfast. Wonderful staff. Would stay again!!

We stayed here twice, on the first and last nights of our visit to Greece. We were in the new rooms a few meters down from the Frog cafe. Themed rooms! Africa and Sailor! Both were absolutely great. Comfy and stylish, excellent showers, powerful aircon, great breakfast included, and probably the friendliest service of our stay (they seem genuinely interested in you and your stories). Really good location too - close to the metro, tons of great cafes and restaurants, easy walk to the Acropolis and other landmarks. About as good as it gets at this price. Highly recommended.

It was a great and quirky little place, very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, great breakfast, beautiful room and bathroom. Can be a bit noisy on the weekend but earplugs by the bedside do the trick. I would definitely go back there the next time I'm in Athens!

Excellent property to stay during a holiday in Athens. Great location, friendly staff, Good breakfast, Clean, Newly refurbished. The only downside is, there is no elevator in the building as the guesthouse rooms are above the small cute bar/cafe. But their staff helped us to carry luggage up to the room anyway. I'd not hesitate to book this guesthouse again in future :)

Do not judge a biok by its cover. The small biulding is on a very narrow crowded street and has a so so appearance as you approach it. But the exterior fasade is quaint and clean. The small reception/bar is very nice and the bedroom was beautifully d

Such an incredible place in an eclectic neighborhood! We stayed in the suite and the balcony was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful and loved the freddo espresso!

Fab place to stay - cracking location close to everything and in a funky part of town with access to lots of fab restaurants and the Acropolis only a 5 minute walk. Lovely place - small, family feel and quaint. Excellent hosts too!
