Really nice clean site with excellent facilities. Didn’t find staff especially friendly or helpful though.

I've never been to hotel with so much fun modern art and physical activities available.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We will hopefully be able to return next year. Highly recommend if your kids (or you!) like skateboarding and surfing. Our kids took two private lessons, and they loved it!

Couldn’t be happier with the service outside of the one staff member (maybe maintenance) who we overhead saying ‘typical tourists’ after asking for an iron. Outside of that the staff was amazing and the comfort of the hotel was so nice we extended our stay by an extra night.

Relatively basic but great hotel, especially for sports activities - like the name implies! Most staff very friendly. I'd like to mention Vitor at the front desk specifically, who was super nice and welcoming. Heated pool a big plus, great gym for hotel standards, a small spa, with a sauna to keep you warm on winter days after surfing. Quite simple, but awesome breakfast! A slight drawback is the cheap, synthetic (head) pillow in the bed. All in all, great value for money, at a great location for Baleal beach!

Close to Beach. Gym was serviceable. Place is quite. Breakfast buffet was bad. Parking lot is easy. No sign from the road. 5/10

This is like a super cool upscale hostile but not a hostile. Has a youthful vibe with great amenities. Rooms are excellent. Used the gym and sauna several times.

So, this stay has prompted me to HAVE TO leave a review for the first time ever for a hotel. Attention to detail: unreal. (And I’m a double virgo so this high praise really is difficult to elicit from me)Staff Attentiveness: this is where ‘personal touch’ is a vast understatement. The interaction wIth EVERYONE working here was like meeting new friends and carried a genuine authenticity unmatched in my travels (which have been extensive in the last 3 years) anywhere on the planet. Restaurant: top cuisine at better than good prices and unbeatable service. Amenities: the sauna / spa area is incredible, outside there’s a climbing wall /skate park / pool, inside theres a amazing game room with table tennis, pool table, air hockey, foosball, and 2 arcade games. I extended our stay an extra 2 days because we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave and plan to return and bring family/extended family to stay in the future. For those reading this: If you happen to find yourself in this magical gorgeous location of breathtaking coastal topography and total surf paradise, do yourself a favor, and forgo further searching; this should be your accommodation. Period. Extra Special thanks to Anita, Paris & the entire phenomenal kitchen staff.

Amazing place. Came with my husband six kids in their 20’s and one teenager. Every single one of us loved it!!!!! My only criticisms are that The top bunk beds are very hard to manuever so would not recommend them for adults or older teens even. They didnt have side bars so i think they would be unsafe for little kids as well. Also the climbing wall was unsafe. The holds were not secured well and there were no mats underneath the wall. Otherwise RIDE is an exciting fun place with great sports equipment great biking and surfing. Fabulous game room , heated pool, and the friendliest staff!!

Great place for family with kids, our son rented skateboard to keep him busy between surf lessons. Our daughter spent lot of time in the well equipped game room. Hotel is brand new and easy walk to the beach and multiple surfing schools.

Ici vous trouverez tous ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un bon séjour en famille et sportif, mais si toute fois vous désirez vous dorez au soleil pas de problèmes il a ce qu'il faut.Le personnelle est très sympa et les prof de surf skate et autre sont très pédagogue. A conseiller donc sans hésité. Here you will find everything you need to spend a good stay in family and sports, but if any time you want you will have no problems it has what it takes.the personal is very nice and the teachers of surf skate and other are very educational. To advise therefore without hesitation
