The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Raul at the front desk especially. Also, the restaurant in the Hotel is excellent. The Cod was delicious. I would not hesitate to return to the Sheraton and the restaurant.

Great top notch full service hotel with a great indoor heated pool, perfect for families. My only complaint is that I paid full price for a deluxe room with a king bed. However, the loaded refrigerator was broken. Therefore, all we had were warm beverages. I would expect that I hotel at this level would verify that everything is working BEFORE renting the room. We reported the problem and no type of refund was offered and no one was available to fix the problem until at least the following day. However, we were already gone by then.

My second time staying there and have always had a good experience. The only negative I can think of is the steep price for parking there. Breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel

Hotel sensacional e o serviço é incrível em todos os lugares. Usamos o Spa e a piscina e a academia. Praticamente nem saímos do hotel nos 5 dias que estivemos lá. A localização é incrível com o supermercado e o shopping exatamente em frente ao hotel e isso facilita muito. O café da manhã tem várias opções e é muito gostoso. Enfim, sempre que voltamos pro Brasil acabamos nos hospedando aqui e sempre o melhor custo benefício .

Great customer service.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and great location. We spent the night here waiting to board a cruise ship the next morning. Location was perfect, from the hotel to the cruise terminal was only about a 20 minute taxi ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous hotel. The indoor pool is amazing as well as the included breakfast. The personnel was very kind and provided a free late checkout without any problem. We loved our stay at the hotel.

I love this property. Facilities are great. I missed the adult game room and found it leaving but it looks fun.

The suite was good except for the TVs. They need to upgrade the TVs in the suite. Smart TVs are needed in hotel rooms. The suite was spacious and nicely decorated.

We were satisfied in general with the hotel, the cleaning was not the best, the drain for the shower was stuck, had to ask twice for disobstructing. They forgot to supply the toiletries and the mini bar, also had to ask twice. This should be improved. The Lagar restaurant we tried to use twice, but there was no attention at all by the crew, we were sitting in a 6 people table, no service for 20 minutes, we had to go for another restaurant. Very sad 😞 this HAS to be improved!! We plan to come back in future, so we want to see those points perfect 👌

We were there for 3 days and the carpets and area outside of the elevator looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. There were litter and food on the floors. We asked twice for them to clean it. It took 3 days for it to be cleaned. You can tell they're not following the enhanced cleaned methods. There is evidence of dust collections in common areas, no one is assigned to wipe the elevators, doors or buttons. The floor in the dining area needs scrubbing. Staff interaction is great. We had to extend our stay. The first cleaning of our room was also sub-par. The sink was not cleaned and the room was not mopped. The 2nd cleaning was much better. Bed is comfortable, WiFi and location are excellent.

Overall was amazing. The service was slow in the front desk and they seemed disorganized when more people was coming. But the hotel is amazing, the spa service was awesome and breakfast was awesome as well. So definitely recommend

New hotel

Check in was easy and Julio was very friendly. The restaurant was tasty and fairly priced however our food took 30 plus minutes for lunch. The pool was good sized and clean however the couches and lounge areas in the pool area had stains and tables were dirty with food trays and food crumbs. We used the kids room and teen rooms. The air hockey table was broken which was a bummer. The breakfast buffet was included and was AMAZING! It is close to the beach and for the price it could not be beat! We will be back. A little more attention to cleanliness in the pool area is my only complaint.

The hotel is well located, near shooping, room clean, good bed, excellent shower, breakfast and swimming pool, TV and multiple channels available. My only concern was about the pillows, in my opinion they are really soft and low, I had to place 3 pillows to keep my head straight and have a good night. The parking price is also a bit expesinve R$40 per day, and no other options to park around the hotel.
