Couldn't keep needing on bed. Got up several dunes throughout the night to remake bed as being was on floor. Bed sagged to middle. Motel and grounds were very nice, room was clean., desk clark was unable to give us advice on good pizza place or bar&grill.

Very nice clean property!

This place was horrible. Dirty, holes in the carpet, stained carpets, stained bedding. I took pictures so I can post on Google. Do not stay here. I will be calling Expedia to get some sort of a refund. Free breakfast was horrible they were out of everything. And the kitchen staff was grabbing omelets with their bare hands in the back and the guy even coughed and grabbed another one after coughing in his hand. We were so grossed out. We spoke with a manager and even the manager didn’t seem surprised. Do not go here.

Everything was neat and clean. The property is one of our new favorites. The room was very quiet and well appointed.

Room was not ready at check in. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel has nice facilities. However, the dining room was very dirty. Tables were not cleaned between diners (breakfast).

Beds and bedding were uncomfortable. The layout of the bathroom/bedroom were clunky (closet door opens into bathroom sink). One elevator was out of service, making the other too busy. On a positive note, Manager Eric and team were super helpful allowing us to use their power source to charge our motocycle battery.

Best overall experience in a hotel in many years. Would recommend it to everyone including family.

We stayed here for a couples trip over the weekend. It is a nice and clean hotel located right at the entrance of Steamboat. It was not as close to downtown Steamboat as we originally thought so you tend to have drive to get to restaurants and shopping; however, it is very quiet and there doesn't seem to be a bad view anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was a typical hotel buffet.

We loved how clean the entire building was from the rooms, to the dining area and the pool.

Parking lot flooded, cars needed to be parked across the street. The staff went well beyond normal service to ensure that guests knew the situation and how to handle parking their cars.

It was Decent

The creek or drainage ditch by the hotel overflowed and the entire parking lot and surrounding street was covered in several inches of flowing water. This must be a regular occurrence in spring, but we were not given an notification that it could happen or any email, phone call, text when it did happen. We had to park offsite of the hotel on the street hoping that the water didn’t rise higher. Then we had to walk through the ice cold fast moving water. The hotel didn’t offer many solutions other than to try and park where it’s dry or to pull through the moving water (which everyone knows you should never do) and park at the front entrance. Other than that, the hotel is newer and nice. The TV is position horribly though. You cannot watch it straight on from either the bed or the couch-terribly planning and room design there.
