Clean facilities, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious!

Very good place

As soon as we got there my 7 year old opened the fold out couch bed. She was super excited to have her own bed. The mattress pad had dorito chip crumbs. It had blood stain and looked like chocolate candy wiped on sides by head. They immediately replaced. But we should have left then. The carpet was sticky because so dirty. The chair was stained. My daughters blanket was old and hole. The bathroom door is sliding. There was paint and could see they just “fixed” it. But the door jam and door didn’t even match up to possibly close. So everytime someone in bathroom it slid open. There were 2 seals in the corner of bathroom off the shower. The pool water was freezing and murky. I don’t ever complain to a hotel. We did and got $73 refund and still charged $90. I wish we had left. I just didn’t want to be told couldn’t refund and the kids were excited to be there. We only had about 18 hrs in OKC. Hind sight I would have demanded refund the first issue with mattress pad and left hotel. It was just so unclean in the room and upkeep not done.

Check in was fast, staff was friendly but the comfort of the bed and pillows were horrible! This was a one night stay at a half way point of a 20+ hour drive and the ONLY thing I was looking for was comfort for a restful sleep so I could complete the last half of my drive! Instead, I tossed and turned and tried to fold the feather pillows into any semi comfortable position but it was impossible so I only slept 2 hours! The latch on the bathroom door was completely broken and missing so the door was always cracked with no way of keeping it shut. The refillable bottles in the bathroom were unsecured which was a little worrisome and I would have felt better using them if they were secured and couldn’t be tampered with. Breakfast was just okay, pretty standard with no flavor. I really wanted to love staying here but it wasn’t achieved.

Nice and clean

The staff was friendly and the location and rooms were clean. However we were there 2 weeks and they only cleaned the room 2 times.

The breakfast was not good at all. Given that I had my mother with me and no time to stop for breakfast.

Amazing staff!! very friendly and helpful !! The front desk were so patient with my girls and all their crazy questions. I am thankful for places like this, my girls definitely wanna come back to the clean fun room with the bouncy cold beds !!
