The hotel was very clean and the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I’m in town

I was unhappy that I had to pay a $50 pet fee for my small
dog. I wasn't told about this until I arrived, else I would have stayed somewhere else.

The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The location was convenient to shopping and dining. The only suggestion I could make is to have more choices for breakfast, although what they did have was excellent.

Stayed for our anniversary and had plunty of things near by dinning and shopping. Staff was nice everytime. Coffee machine in lobby was broke the whole weekend which was alittle disappointed but they tried by having the coffee machines they have in the rooms out but not the same.

Hotel overall was nice. Bathroom had really bad mold smell. Needs a really good deep cleaning. I did let staff know.

Our room was not cleaned but over all the stay was good. Nice breakfast to get your day started. The staff always greeted you.

Extremely dirty bed and bathroom. We were in the room less than 5 minute's and left. Comfort Inn Corporate office should seriously check this franchise out. All they did was hurt their brand.

The suite was large, but not your typical sofa bed, it doesn't fold out so wouldn't plan on it for sleeping 2 adults. At check in i was charged double then my booking price,but they did correct it after speaking with manager. Beds were on the hard side. The breakfast was better than most hotels.

Overall, very nice. Lighting wasn't the best and it was VERY hard to get the room to a decent temperature and it was very humid despite the A/C running non-stop

We just had a very short stay, but we appreciated how clean and comfortable our room was. I can’t comment on the surrounding area as we didn’t take advantage of the area. It felt very safe there.

Stayed on 4th floor and room was spacious and bed was comfy. Didn’t hear much outside noise. I would stay here again.

We have a big family, finding a room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers isn’t easy. The suite we got was perfectly sized. Only thing we didn’t like was the size of the pool. There was already a big group of people there and not enough room for more. But, that’s not enough to keep us from staying here again next time.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Suites in Bowling Green, KY, and had a decent experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which was a great start. However, the hotel itself was a bit of a mixed bag. While the property was generally well-maintained, it felt a bit dated and could use some updating.
One area for improvement was the breakfast options, which were limited and didn't offer much variety. The room was adequate, but not particularly noteworthy.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but not outstanding.

There was limited towels we reserved a room for 5 people and not enough towels in room. Also found last person swimming suit and beach towel hanging in the bathroom behind the shower curtain.

It was conveniently located around plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The continental breakfast was phenomenal! The staff was so polite And extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again, next year.

It was nice! Better experience than some of the higher end alternatives we've stayed at close by. Breakfast was great. Room was cool and clean. Pool was warm.

This was not like advertised. The hotel room smelled like smoke and mildew. The mildew most likely came from the moldy shower in our room. The “pull out” couch doesn’t even have a mattress to sleep on. The pull out part is also on rollers and moves constantly while trying to sleep on it. The room was not stocked with linens for the pull out couch and front desk did not have any linens either. The breakfast did not have any orange juice in the dispenser and the lady was unwilling to get any more. The night we checked in, there was quite a bit of loitering in the parking lot as well. We are a young family and all around this was not a great experience for our stay here. Think twice before staying here.

Great service from staff. Disappointed they couldn't come up with one more pillow for us, but we keep hearing this at motels. Quiet and clean facility with a good breakfast!

Clean rooms, super comfy beds. My teens enjoyed the indoor pool. The elevators and pool were just a few steps around the corner from the front desk—super convenient! The free breakfast was great—plenty to choose from and the lady managing that area was really nice and didn’t boot us out even when it was time for breakfast to be over (my teens came down like 5min before the end!). Front desk girl in the evening for checkin was great as was the guy at checkout the next morning! Price was great too for all this😊

There are lots of hotels in the area and this one had the best pricing for a mid tier chain. We will stay there again.
