My partner & I took a spontaneous trip from Indianapolis to stay a night here, and we had a great time. Very cozy atmosphere, especially in the bar area downstairs. Good local beers on draft too. We’d love to come back.

I had car trouble on my way home on Thanksgiving Day. I needed an emergency one night stay. I was so fortunate to have found this delightful hotel. The staff was so gracious, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I lucked out and I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I just took a quick one night trip just to get a way for a night. We chose the Brewery Lodge because it looked very cozy and had great reviews. The restaurant at the Lodge was about to be closing when we arrived at 825pm. However, the receptionist told us about the specials and said they would be serving until 9pm, as we hadn’t eaten dinner yet we decided to give it a try instead of leaving. We were glad we did! We both had the pork tenderloin special and it was amazing! Especially for being closing time, the food was delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. We took dessert to go, the cheesecake with chocolate sauce. The cheesecake was a great midnight snack, as there really aren’t any vending or onions for snacks past nine. The bed was firm and perfect! We would love to come when we can stay longer and explore the grounds and the hiking trails.

Nice, small hotel with attached supper club. We had to wait several minutes for the front desk clerk to return to the front desk to check us in. In the process of updating. Our room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed, but the he bathroom could have used some love. Pretty grounds with walking paths, but quite close to the freeway, so there is always noticeable noice. Didn’t bother us, but people in the room above us sounded like they were taking tap dancing lessons literally all night, we’ll request 2nd floor room If we ever return.

I was attending a conference at the casino but all rooms were booked. THANK GOODNESS! This place was much more my speed - tucked in the woods, nature walk, interesting architecture, incredible food, and relaxed atmosphere. They were making additions and improvements when I was there. I think it’s also set up for larger groups and events if that is of interest. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was amazing. They treated you like family. Rooms were clean and perfect for our stay. The location was the best. We had hiking trails to walk which we loved. I would defiantly stay here again.

This hotel and restaurant are gems! Cozy and warm at the end of a forested road. Rooms are large, towels large and thick, beds clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly. Dinner was excellent: great draft beer, spicy clam chowder with crispy crust bread, fresh oysters and Lake Superior white fish, Grab and go breakfast is a bonus. Beautiful setting with hiking trails. Will definitely plan to stop here for future stays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lodge. The lodge has very charming decor, offers spacious and immaculate rooms with cozy beds. Having a restaurant and trails on site was an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

First off, the staff was great. The facility not so much. The hotel has a lot of potential but isn’t close to being there yet. It’s an old building and needs a lot of TLC. From the water, sewer and just general maintenance. The lounge is just ok. The name states brewery and supper club. The brews are from a local brewery, not on-site. The food is not promoted at all and the pricing for it is high. Although we didn’t eat here it was an afterthought at best. Breakfast was non-existent aside from grab and go muffins and a coffee dispenser. The bed was very comfortable and the room large. The bath is dated and the water is well water. I believe they are doing a kitchen Reno and hopefully that will improve their offerings. I like the charm and possibility but just not there yet.

At night was pretty quiet with setting in wood but during the day and while walking trails, the interstate noise is pretty loud. But overall a great stay! Would go back again.

Great front staff young lady was so pleasant after bicycle accident. Phil was a great server/ mixologist; and dinner was excellent (roasted chicken plate was delicious)
Bonfire with a bourbon was nice touch.

The description stated a continental breakfast and it was only grab and go. In the name also states “Brewery “ however we had to leave premises to get a variety of choices as they only had one Brewery on tap and not even their own.

Nice place tucked away in the woods just off I-94. Covered in trees makes it peaceful and quiet. The staff was awesome and welcoming. We opted to dine in the Brewery and the food was delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff were really helpful and nice. Check-in was easy. Our room was very well appointed and large. The bottled water was nice to have. The bathroom was okay? It needs updating but it was clean. We had brunch on Sunday and it was delicious. The bananas foster French toast was especially good as was the BLT breakfast sandwich. I would stay here again for sure.

We loved the location and style of the hotel. My only complaint is that the front desk attendant was vaping behind the desk when I came down to get my morning coffee.

Nice quiet place tucked in the woods. Very quiet and relaxing. It was nice to have a fine dining restaurant/bar onsite. You can have a drink or two with dinner without having to drive after! Great staff, great room, great restaurant and bar.
