I don’t recommend this hotel nor would I stay again. Front desk staff was nice but didn’t have any perks for Hilton honor members. Traveled with dog and since they only have certain rooms for pets , you could tell they don’t clean them well. Not sure why we pay extra for pets. Room smelled like a wet dog. Had to ask twice for a sign so housekeeping wouldn’t let the dog out. Finally got one from a very nice house keeping lady. Breakfast was not good. Rooms need upgrading.

Check-in was fast and easy and the girl at the check-in desk was very friendly. Card key didn't work on the room's lock and probably because the lock's battery was dying.
Got a new room which was very clean and comfortable.
Only gripe was that I periodically would hear a high pitch whirring noise which might have been from the elevators, although those weren't that close to the room.
Wasn't loud enough to wake me up but when awake could definitely hear it.

Perfect location for me. Very clean, breakfast included is always nice and there were enough options. Bed was comfy. My issues were the glass shower doors did not open and close smoothly and I had legitimate concern for them breaking. I do usually book with an Airbnb and most likely will go back to that as the hotel, while completely NOT the hotel’s fault, was too noisy for me (dog barking at 6:45am two days in a row and young kids up yelling until after 11pm) I also found it interesting that the row of dryer vents were located right over the outdoor pool. Design flaw, if you ask me. No one wants hot, “linty” air blowing on them while they’re enjoying the pool

We only stayed one night but it would be a great place for an extended stay. We had our pup with us, and they put us in a nice room at the end of the hall on the first floor, right by the back door, which made quick walks a breeze! They also gave us a placard to hang on the door letting staff know a pet was inside. Clean room, nice kitchenette with everything we needed, and the breakfast in the morning was great!!

The only thing I didn’t care for was the noise of the AC condensers right outside our room. I thought there were construction trucks working out there at 11:00 at night. Other than that… staff was friendly, place was clean.

We were disappointed with several things. In times past this has been much better. 1) Internet was very finicky and difficult, 2) shower door fell off 3) air-conditioning unit could have used a cleaning 4) bed was poorly made making sleep uncomfortable.

Staff are really rude asked for a little later check out in the nicest way possible and the front desk awnsered the phone very hostile and gave a lot of attitude and on top of that the suite we stayed in obviously had a power issue they have electric blinds/ curtains if u even tried to use them all the power would go out causing u to flip the breaker every time you used them or even most lights , I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here

Very clean and presentable also fresh water as soon you walk in and coffe is fresh also you get tired from your trip and the minute you walk in snacks and smell so fresh that feels like home. Also like the fact that are pet friendly but with caution the have specific area to acomódate your friendly family members that they can feels comfortable .

Blind for window broken and wouldn't close so too light for sleeping as well as the fridge in the room made grinding noise every time it ran all night so I barley got any sleep. Cleaning products used made the room smell like a hospital.

The rooms need a good cleaning. I have a toddler who found pills on ground from previous guest. After incident I searched floor and found a small jelly container and a few random things.
It’s a great location. Nice people. But you have to clean rooms throughly. They try to cut corners with less frequent cleanings resulting probably in more work for staff and high expectation on quantity of rooms.

Nothing bad about the trip hotel at all. Wish they had a hot tub, but that’s not an issue. Everyone was great, room was great, if I ever need a hotel in Clermont again I’ll be there

The room was in a little bit of disrepair. The breakfast was a little below average. But the room was very quiet and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
