I've been here multiple times and there,s a reason I always choose this location. Room is very comfy and clean. Very quiet and any issues you may experience gets handled with top priority. And staff are very nice especially morning staff.

This is bare bones for a suite. You'll need to get your own supplies to cook with. Clean and quiet. Great location to use public transit options. Shopping center is steps away with food, clothing, car and other necessities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They should be rewarded for the superior job that they are doing. Very curteous, friendly and helpful. They try to work with what they have. The property is not good. It was fairly clean but our linens apparently were not changed when we arrived. There was hair and stains in the bed and the pull our bed had a very old and smelly cover on it. The sofa was ripped, tattered old leather. We had to put a blanket over it to sit. The vent above the stove had caked on yellow greese and hair stuck in the hood. The bathroom though was nice and clean with new fresh towels. Very minimal kitchen so you have to bring everything to cook and eat with. The lighting was good in the room and there is enough outlets for plugging into. The WiFi is not great. Very slow which is surprising for the area that the hotel is in. There is only 1 elevator. On our checkout, we were on the 4th floor and they decided to do maintenance at 10:30 so we had to wait until noon to leave. The staff didnt charge for the hour and was very apologetic for it. We wont stay here again but appreciate the friendly and sweet staff that work there.

You get what you pay for. I wasn’t expecting much and didn’t get much. Small dog in the room next door wouldn’t stop barking. Towels were dirty and had hairs on them. Cleanliness could use some improvement.

It took over a hour to check in due to miscommunication between hotels.com and property. First hotel manager seemed uninterested in assisting with any information.

I had the worst experience at this place. We got there at 2pm, no early check in was allowed. Came back at 4:30pm, two ladies on reception didn’t not acknowledge our presence, they kept talking to each other, non looked at us. We had to interrupt them. The rooms were not ready, they both had a bad attitude and couldn’t explain why they were not able to check us in. Only kept lying that the room would be ready in 10 minutes until it got to 5:30pm and nothing, no apology, no remorse so we left and got another hotel. We had planned to stay there for a week but with this treatment, we had to take our business else where. We had traveled for 8 hours. I don’t recommend this hotel at all, WORST CUSTOMER CARE and check in times.

The woman who checked me in was very friendly, and the room was clean, those were the only 2 good things about this hotel. There was a man sleeping in the lobby across from the check-in desk, laying across the couch. It's loud, I assume because it's an extended stay and there were families and dogs. And this hotel just smells bad. It smells musty, and it hits once you leave the lobby. The rooms even smell, which had the bedding smelling funny. That made it hard to sleep. The property looked clean, and the room was fairly clean. I just don't know why it smelled so bad. If you come, bring air freshener and your own bedding. I'm sure the bedding was clean but with the smell you won't be able to trust it.

Contacted the hotel the day prior due to not being sure of our arrival time to let them know we would be there. Was told that if we didn’t arrive by a certain time, our rooms would not be held and that we should try to get there earlier. We adjusted our travel, arrived early and was told check-in wasn’t until later. We were able to get our rooms. However they need to work on their customer service. Two towels per room, no dishes for the kitchenette. No frills.

Do not stay at this property. The front desk receptionist never answered the phone (before check-in). When I arrived, she said I can't book-in after midnight. The sign clearly said "24 hours' service. She was rude and nasty, and called the police. Her manager said receptionist was poorly trained.

Me & the front desk employee walked me to my room to view it and we instantly saw 2 roaches one leaving the bathroom and one crawling along the counter by the bed. The sheets also had spots on it and the hotel was very loud with guest and it’s being used for shelter and if I’d known that I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Hotel is close to GSFC. It has kitchenette with full refrigerator and microwave which was very handy. Bed was pretty comfortable and AC worked well. Room 402 looked over the shopping plaza and was pretty quiet. Floors were sticky and dirty. I asked to have them cleaned, but nothing was done. Room keys not working for three days. Kept getting turned off. Housekeeping needs to change the water in their buckets more often between rooms to clean the floors. Dirty buckets of water really don’t clean that well. No wonder my floor was sticky and dirty.
