Room was fantastic. Beds comfy, room was clean, pool area clean. The only negative i could say is the bathroom door didnt have a latch or lock.

We stayed with a group of 6. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. The food was great. Close proximity to downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium.

New hotel great property. Plenty of space and even though a giant group event taking place everywhere over the hotel sound was muffled and was not an issue once inside your own room.

Beautiful hotel, with excellent bar and breakfast! Nice outdoor area. Hotel was very modern, new and clean. Was definitely happy with this stay.

A very nice property close to the airport with free shuttle. Rooms are very good sized and have LVT flooring instead of carpeting. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

The check in staff were friendly, as were the bartender and servers. The room layout was excellent, with a full coffee bar area with small sink. There was also a refigerator and microwave which was great.
This is small, but my only complaint was that the clock next to the bed was 6.5 hours off, and I was unable to figure out how to adjust the time, only the alarm. It would be appreciated if the staff had the clock with the correct time.

The transportation was not available to take us to the airport. When we asked they advised we needed to reserve. We were never informed of this.
We requested rooms in the same floor or as close as possible and when we arrived we were advised this was not available as they were booked entirely. This was requested at booking!
Lastly our room was never cleaned in our 3 day stay!
I usually love the Embassy Suites but was very let down by the customer services…

EVERYONE was exceptions and helped me above my highest hope!!! The desk clerk even put my bracelet on me as I struggled to do it by myself.
They all’s deserve a raise or bonus.

Stayed during the solar eclipse. We had easy checkin/checkout. Room was clean and had stated amenities. Kids got to swim in the pool for a bit. Staff was professional. Breakfast was good.

The room had some questionable cleanliness items, the pool area was disgusting and the staff seemed overwhelmed

Newish property near the airport, everything nice and clean, neat. Modern bathrooms. The two BR suite was huge with separate living room. Nice lobby and breakfast with made to order omelets. Pool was nice, good temperature, fitness center small but had essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites in Plainfield IN. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it was quiet, very clean, and about a 20 minute drive to Indianapolis. It is also about Five minutes from the Perry Crossing shopping complex (which is great) in Plainfield. We were in Indiana to attend the 2024 Olympic Swim Trials, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel. My only complaint was of how soft the bed and pillows were. As someone that has back issues, this bed definitely was not for me

Staff and facilities provided exceptional services. The only complaint I have is the pool had what looked like dirt/sand at the bottom, otherwise our stay was great.

I usually love all aspects of Embassy Suites and have stayed at many around the country. I liked most aspects like most of staff was great but struggled with food quality ! Breakfast is usually one of the main reasons for me staying at Embassy but it wa la not good cold and quality weren’t great and disappointing

Building and grounds were clean, we felt safe, room was clean and spacious (stayed in suite), pool was open too! Wish we would have stayed another night.
Thank you for having cutlery, plates, and cups that were reusable and environmentally friendly.
My suggestion would be to have more fruit (unwrapped in plastic) and vegan options - would be great to have yogurt and butter option.
