Fled to hotel after Hurricane Milton hit the west coast of Florida. Upon checking in I was greeted by Joanna. The desk was extremely busy checking in and answering questions from exhausted and storm weary evacuees. I cannot commend Joanna enough. During this hectic time - Joanna was extremely professional, going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service all with a comforting smile. I reserved two rooms and both were very clean and well appointed. Something I worried about given the conditions in which we were checking in under.
I’ve been in property management for thirty plus years and I know all too well how stressed people become when dealing with uncertainty. It does not bring out the best in people. This is why I was so impressed with Joanna. She was consistently even while being reassuring. Definitely an asset to your organization. I have found my perfect hotel to ride out the next storm. Thank you for having such a wonderful team in place.

Everything was great with the exception of the smell of mold in the room that caused an immediate allergic reaction and asthma symptoms. Thankfully , had my Benadryl and inhalers with me. This has caused a major asthma flare up. I really loved the staff , hotel and location. I just wish it didn’t have mold in the room. 🙁

The staff from the front desk specifically the girl working in the evening very nice and helpful. Service staff was fast to respond on any kind of service, the pool was pleasant, cleaning crew gave me all my needs when needed. Overall my stay with my family was great, will definitely book again my vacation from New York.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a great touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, yet the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained, providing great options for relaxation and exercise.
Overall, my stay at Staybridge Suites exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay.

The room was pretty clean except for the shower and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed having a full sized fridge and also a kitchen sink. There was a microwave, oven, and stove as well but we didn't need to use them. It was nice having the option though. The location was good and had plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. There was a small-sized pool that we didn't use, but our room had a view of it and there was always people in it and enjoying it. So that's a plus if you want an outdoor heated pool.
It was a little chilly in our room, as we like it, and I pulled out the extra blanket from the closet and it was visibly dirty and it stunk. Not exactly what I was expecting. The breakfast left A LOT to be desired and we just ate out instead after the first day. They had moldy bread, the drinks were mostly watered down, the waffle batter wasn't refilled, and the sausage patties were like leather. Besides the few negative things I mentioned, overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again.
