Clean and economical. However, at 10:40 p.m. when I was already in bed I was startled when someone tried to enter my room, able to unlock my door but stopped by the door stop. About 5 minutes later there was profuse and loud knocking. I opened with the door stop on to discover the owner or property manager informing me that I was not authorized to stay there and did not rent the room. I had a confirmed booking through Hotels.com, had pre-paid, and had checked in that afternoon with the exact same person. I emphasized that I had checked in and was given an electronic door key; hence, my presence with no signs of door break-in. This was not professionally handled.

When we arrived they automatically gave us a smoking room. She said that's what we reserved. I told her that the only options we had were a regular room or handicap room. So I booked a regular room. I asked for the to change to a non smoking room. She changed to room to a room that was 2 doors down from original room. Go into the room, and it was still a smoking room....I guess she thought we wouldn't notice? Anyway on top of that there were roaches in the bathroom. The mini fridge looked like it went through a tornado. Rust, duct tape and scratches everywhere one it. The table that's connected to the wall on the left side of the bed is broken. It's slanted so everything rolls off. The bathroom door wouldn't open all they way because of the counter/sink. I've stayed at this location many times and this is the worst I've ever seen it. Very disappointed and will not be booking here in the future.

The room it’s for people who wants to stay 2 or 3 hours is not for a stay, room was not clean, sheets were dirty and bad customer service.

It was just ok. The rooms felt like they were "not done renovating". The bed was comfortable and there was not any noise to interrupt my sleep. Ok, but do not plan on staying here again.

Price, room, service and location was great

The room smelt moldy, lightbulbs were missing and other ones didnt work. The towel holder and lamps were rusted. The older woman who checked us in was rude. Ypu arent permitted into the lobby to check in and you have to check in theough a tiny window. The towels are very thin thr pillows were very small.

It was very clean and quiet I enjoyed my stay, the beds are a little soft but I slept good. If you have a bad back ask for a firm bed. Great price as well

I booked a room for a King size bed but got a full size bed. The toilet kept not wanting to flush.

We didn't have any drawers to put clothes. The shower doors were not on the tracks. No lobby for check-in.

I stayed at this hotel when it first opened, and it was nice. However, it clearly has not been maintained. Rust on chair, microwave & refrigerator. Shower falling apart. Carpet is old, stained, and tearing. Wall trim is falling apart. AC no longer attached to thermostat on wall. Light bulbs not maintained. Check in and any contact with front office staff is done through a tiny window. Apparently they refuse to open the lobby's doors. Inside the lobby they have a bunch of unpacked boxes of refrigerators and microwaves. Not sure why they haven't replaced the rusted ones yet. No longer do they serve breakfast. Hard to get repeat customers when transactions are done like a rent by the hour Motel. In keeping with their rent by the hour theme, there are only two drawers to put your things in inside the room. The only chair for you to sit in the room ( although it has enough space for a real chair) is a rusted out dead desk chair. TV no longer gets movie channels or allows you to atrach your own roku. Bed itself is comfortable but comes with three small pillows. A pillow upgrade is definitely needed. Linens were fine. Water gets hot, but the pressure is so low that you don't even need to dry yourself after your shower. Below average towel and washcloths and only provided enough for one person. Tiny bar of soap and shampoo are the cheapest that can be bought. Woke up by knocking on door in spite of do not disturb sign. No elevator. Room and linens were quite clean.

Shared a room with one of my in laws and she got bit by something. She woke up the next morning covered in red dots. I’m not sure if it was bed bugs or what. But that has never accord before and she lives with me. Something in that room caused those bites. Never had an issue till this stay. Walked in the restroom and the toilet still had pee and i had to flush it.

For a short stay maybe is good.

Clean and economic !

It was a horrible experience. We checked in got inside the room and the room looked rusty literally. There was rust on all the furniture, microwave, fridge and restroom. The restroom door didn’t close like the door wasn’t meant to close whatsoever it’s just open with an oversized door. I reserved the room a day before. Checked in really late at night. Tell me why the bed was soaking wet like they just washed the sheets when it should’ve been done ages ago. Then to top it all off. I told the lady I’m not going to stay in I’m leaving. She then proceeded to tell me. “We can give you a discount if you leave us a 5 star review”. As people looking for a great place to stay we look at reviews most of all and if I see a bunch of fake 5 star reviews then it messes up my experience overall. I’m here to save you guys the hassle. Don’t stay at StayInn suites for the love of god. Terrible experience.

We came here for a boxing tournament and the hotel was a nice ! Better than I expected and the beds were so comfy !

The staff was excellent

Bed was damp from humidity, Smell in the bathroom. Garbage at the door, still there in the morning. Dead cockroach n3xt to the stairs. Only stuff for one person in the rolm. 1 face cloth,1 glass... Check-in window 24/7.

They were very friendly and helpful

No amenities whatsoever. Check in through night window as they won't open lobby due to Covid! No breakfast at all. Would not recommend unless all you want is a bed that is broken down on the side next to the phone. The A/C does work well.

Went to front door for check in. Said to go to side window. Waited at a small window for check in after ringing bell. No one. Went to front door, which said, “due to Covid (4 years ago) we have moved check in to small window for your an our safety.” (Direct quote). Rang doorbell on front door. No one came. Back to small window. Rang bell again. No one. Thought about leaving even though I had already paid. Finally a woman appeared. My paperwork was already prepped and ready, now we are moving. My room is rough. Walls are banged up pretty extensively, most walls have major scrapes and/or damage, a built-in night stand is hanging off the wall at an angle. All superficial, nothing some paint and detail wouldn’t fix, but pretty ugly. Pillows were just piled up. 3 small pillows on a king bed. Price was good. That’s all I can say. Drunk guy stumbling with beer up and down stairs and all over parking lot was concerning, especially since he was addressing people staying at the property. Fire station behind hotel taught me a new lesson. Make sure you don’t stay near one. Two fire truck emergencies so far. Lights, sirens and the whole bit at all hours. So far I am at “Homestay=Stay home.”
