This was my 3rd time staying at this property, the first time was perfect, second visit we had issues with the jacuzzi being dirty but they eventually cleaned it . This visit upon arrival we found the jacuzzi very dirty and asked for it to be cleaned, no one showed up , next day we let them know that no one showed up to clean it, once again they say someone will go clean it and no one showed up. After paying extra for a jacuzzi on the roof top twice and having the same issue is enough. Pool was also turning green and walls were moldy.

The property is comfortable, relaxing, and complete. I would return to this complex- the only thing is that they have an electricity fee and it is hard to gauge if you will go over.

Ony issue we had was the wifi coonnection not workin and they could not move me to anoother apartment since no ooother available. but this place is great! Would come again.

This is my third year staying at this hotel as is a fantastic property in Las Terrenas in playa las Ballena’s The apt hotel is very modern and the staff is excellent easy to walk to town and chill vibes at their beach club house The Eden.
Whether you want to come with family or as a couple this place is magical. Love it there! Great location and beach.

This is a semi-secluded place to get away from the everyday problems that life brings. I’ve never felt so relaxed and secure as I did here. I will be back.

Everything was really good. Place, area, pool, beach, restaurants and more. The only thing that I didn't like was the mattress. It was too hard for my liking. But other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. We went as a couple and really enjoyed the serene of the pool. We also walked just up the street and spent quite a bit of time at the beach and the restaurants along the beach were really great. The rooms were really nice but honestly we spent very little time in the rooms as the area is so great for walking around and going to see everything. The morning breakfast that was provided at the beach was amazing! They also had golf cart rides available if you needed to go a short distance or just didn’t really feel like walking the 1 minute to the beach

Best price-quality in the area.The only thing I would have liked is for the breakfast to be less heavy (it was fried eggs, fried cheese, fried salami and fried plantains) and have fruits or juices. I am not sure if I wasn’t offered the healthy options or if they aren’t available. But I would be back for sure! Really enjoyed the stay.

What I liked must about Louisa was how near the hotel is to beautiful beach, just few minutes walk, the appartment was clean and confortable. Not much to do around but for us was a blessing to have the beach so close

Modern, newer, spacious, steps from the beach (Las Ballenas) free parking, A/C, quiet close to town (restaurants, shops, etc).

It was clean and modern. Quite comfortable apartment.
On the down side: requires a half a block walk to the beach on a narrow street without sidewalk while cars and motorcycles zip by you. The same applies to breakfast, that was actually delicious.

Its was good but not better than the first time , restaurant was close and the electric car never offered me a ride .

Very nice place with lots of privacy. Pool was not so clean but apt was excellent with cooking amenities. Only downfall was the restaurant. Not in the location out by the beach although the hotel employees were very nice and even offer a ride to the restaurant. The restaurant itself is outside in front of beach However that service was by far the worst i have ever experienced.. Either choose another place to eat or buy your own to cook. Other than that place was beautiful and peaceful. The name of that restaurant was Colibre dont eat there!!
