We needed a local place to stay due tonour AC going out. We needed to extend by a couple of days and they were extremely helpful. We had our 2 small dogs with us, but they were very accommodating.
Jared checked us in and continued to follow up and check on us during our entire stay.

Good hotel overall. Richard in dining area was great, friendly and helpful. The evening bartender who also took orders was great too. Can’t recall his name (sorry) but he brought us up a menu to our room. He was a tall African-American gentleman and super friendly and helped us greatly.

Awesome staff!!! From time we entered until time we left the staff in every area was awesome. Friendly and so helpful no matter what was asked or needed from them. No need to leave to eat. Best food at the restaurant inside their facility. Will definitely stay again !!!!

This is a nice hotel in Surprise, Arizona. It was very close to many shopping and restaurant choices. The rooms were both clean and modern with comfortable beds and a sitting area. My only complaint would be that the room was not ready upon check in, and we had to wait 30 min after a 7 our drive which was inconvenient.

Wonderful property. Great location. Convenient to the 303. Reception desk attendant was polite, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was exceptionally cleaned well appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable. Pet friendly and such a lovely property.
