Hotel is clean and hotel staffs are friendly enough. Only few restaurant are available in this area, so you may need to plan to go other area by train or buy your food at a supermarket ir convenience stores.

It was ok. I won’t say the hotel was outstanding. I kept my expectations low because of all the reviews and also die to the fact that it’s a 2-star hotel. So I wasn’t disappointed.

I don’t usually do reviews but I thought I should put my review for my stay because there are a lot of negatives ones about this hotel on google. I honestly had a really good stay. I stayed for 5 nights and I did not have any issues. Check in and check out was smooth. I would recommend giving the $100 deposit in cash as they give this back to you when you check out. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay where you only pretty much require a bed ( I was travelling back and forth from manhattan often), this place is perfect. You only take the 7 train to grand central terminal. You also have a 7/11 close by which was quite handy on late nights. The area itself is safe, pretty quiet.

The staff were so competent and friendly. This was a quiet and clean place that was newly renovated. We’ll be back!

Do not stay here. Very dirty. Banged up walls. Broken bathroom door. Lights out. Dirty towels and linens. Seems like a place for prostitution given clientele in the lobby. Would not ever stay here again.

This hotel is well-located near Woodside station for both La Guardia and JFK and is reasonably clean but the rooms and hotel is so run down room wise.

Pros: location near subway; comfortable bed; plenty of hot water; nice staff. Cons: location next to very noisy street, and not near many restaurant choices.

Great place there one night no complains. Quick easy would stay there again!!!

It wasn’t a bad little room and it was cheap so it is what you get. The only thing is that it didn’t have a fridge or even a microwave so it’s hard to store food or keep drinks cold.

Queens Hotel was a good basic hotel. It was convenient to the subways, busses, and to LGA. Made it easy to get anywhere.

Clean room and excellent service

I didn't like the fact that the operator would not take the American Express Card ( I know retailers pay more to honor this card)..I had to give a $100.00 fee for a refundable guarantee in cash..Fortunately, I booked from Expedia who DID honor my card..Expedia nor the hotel did not publish any advance notice of this deposit..It was however, a very pleasant stay which I will book again in the future.

There should at least be a refrigerator in the room. Had trouble operating the shower, and the TV remote was confusing.

Would totally recommend staying here it was so worth it. Got an upgrade for free due to not having the original room I had booked. Friendly staff, you can give your deposit cash to get it at check out versus waiting to be debited back to you.

The room is very clean and new. the quilt is not warm. I asked extra quilt. it is too heavy.

Desk clerk could have been friedlier

The hotel is decently located not far from grocer and restaurants. The lobby is quite small (who cares? but not a place to hang out). My room was very clean and comfortable - my room faced the back and there was no street noise. It is not luxury, but it is a solid economic choice for the area.

Friendly staff, ice cold AC, large room that looks to have been recently remodeled. Would stay here again!
