Appears almost abandoned by owners.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Had to go purchase shower cleaner before being able to shower! Brown nasty dirt came off the shower tiles and the amount of hair in the bathroom was disgusting. Walking around barefoot on the floors, made our feet turn black! There was food from previous people on the floor and the over use of a perfume spray gave us headaches. The beds are old and hard. There was 4 of us and there was only three bath towels, so we asked the front desk clerk for more so that all four of us could have one, she was very snappy about not believing us and we had to wait forever for them. If there were other hotels that had any vacancies we would have left, but unfortunately it was a busy weekend and there wasn’t any other ones available.

Nothing shower dirty air conditioner horrible no elevator !!!

No not water, air conditioner barely worked, no soap provided, breakfast bar barely had anything. Had to change hotels.

Only real complaint is the lack of hot water for the shower.

Cold shower second night.

I didn’t have hot water all weekend. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. Normally I wouldn’t complain, I just won’t stay there again. But when I brought up the hot water, she all but called me a liar. She was so rude. We were in town for a wedding and needed hot water to shower and get ready. And after hearing all the unacceptable things my family had to deal with, I decided to say something and she didn’t care at all. It took 5 minutes for the toilet to fill with water again to flush it. For the price I paid for this room for 2 nights, I should have been able to take a hot shower at least! We didn’t eat the breakfast. My family told us it was horrible, so we went out for breakfast.

Hotel was a dump…NO HOT WATER, toilet was clogged when we got there, spider in bathtub which means it hadn’t just been cleaned, Broken glass in parking lot driveway. Very old and dumpy… would not recommend staying here!! Pay the extra $ to stay in Baxter!

Every stay I have at this hotel has been great. I have limited breathing, and am always able to get a room that connects to the parking lot so I don’t have to carry my luggage very far

I would have enjoyed a cleaner room as it did feel clean.

Staff friendly and breakfast good. Dated building and grounds needs some upkeep.

Nothing fancy but fine for a one night stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I'd stay here again.

Terrible mattress, bad smell in room, decor outdated

Hotel was very dirty and moldy. Rooms were not clean, had cigarette butts and blood on bed sheets and blanket. Customer service was terrible and they were very rude. So many fire hazards

There wasn't much to like. The hotel was very old and out dated. The sitting chair in our room had some nasty stain on it. The hotel was very hot, no air conditioning in the hall way. There wasn't an elevator, which would have been nice to know for my husband. The breakfast was very bland, nothing had any flavor. When we checked in the woman was super rude! I asked about adjoining rooms and was told, "I am not there yet, stay calm!" In a very rude voice. I asked if the rooms were going to be close together and got the same answer. My girls even said she was super rude! We had to ask for more towels and it took 30 minutes to get them. This made us late to our dinner plans. The only staff that was nice was the lady in the breakfast room on Saturday morning. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to have any guests. It is bad, I will never suggest this hotel, nor will I stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding that was in Cushing; about 40 minutes away. This was suggested by the wedding party; as they had a bus going from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. This hotel is large; and fits a number of guests. It was also very inexpensive. Our room was relatively clean; however the duvet was stained and I just took it off of the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and although the room is dated; it was clean. The staff was pretty good; however, we did hear some grumbling about being short staffed and long days/hours worked. There was a failed highjacking when we first arrived at the hotel; so a police officer was there and that was scary for the woman involved and that is why the "area around the property" is being given a 3 star. There was breakfast provided and that was your typical hotel provided breakfast and certainly adequate. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to just crash for the night...this could work just fine for you!

It was terrible. Very dirty furniture ,the sheets were dirty and even it was a dirty towel behind the bathroom door from the lat customer in that room. Terrible experience

Sheets had stains, pretty sure there was blood on the sheets. Room had an old/mildew smell. Staff was nice but just a little dirty everywhere definitely get what you pay for

It was easy check in nice size room. They also had a hot breakfast with much to choose from

Room very clean. Breakfast looked fine. Outside front of hotel looked nice, inside VERY OLD. Hallway dim, our door stuck to get opened and shut, carpet old, toilet almost sit on the floor, no fan system in bathroom. An old outside door in the room which had to be locked. Very sad curtains. Bed needs to be replaced, yuck very old as well.

The window did not lock and there are no screens. This would be terribly unsafe for any children staying in this hotel, especially considering this was on the 2nd floor. The cleaning solution used is so potent and is absolutely headache inducing. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned well, but the property desperately needs maintenance. The pictures online are deceiving.

Property and staff are great. Nothing right there to eat or go out and the restaurant/bar built in is not in use and such a waste.

Enter hotel front lobby was well kept, my room smelled so bad of cigarettes like some had just entered the room is smoked one. We called the front desk with in 10 mins. We got a aplogy. The morning of 1 bathroom use the toliet flooded and we got told not to use the bthroom after that, 40 mins went by and no one came to help us. We had a funeral to be at in a hour. We called the front desk again she said well im not changing your room bc we were checking out aat 11. So we told them we have a funeral to be at and 2 small children what the f else was we suppsed to do? Whe thn changed us to the room next door. It was clean didnt smell of smoke either. And the breakfast sucked the waffles were good tho.

Great stay and the staff were awesome. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the tap water is non-drinkable due to a funny taste that you even get with the ice machines. Not the hotel's fault. Would stay again.

We were scheduled for 2 night, the keys expired after 1 night. Tried to call hotel to let us in and was told they didn't have anyone that could let us in the door we were at. She was too busy. When checking out the person that was supposed to be at desk was no where to be found. waited quite a while for someone to come back.

well managed, great staff, comfy bed and room, reasonable price & Renae at front desk leaves a great first impression.

Everything is outdated in the room and doesnt look like they have updated anything for the last 20 years. Booked a king size bed ended up with two queens and was never told about the change when checking in. When I went and asked the front desk about the change I was rudely told it wasn't their issue and there was nothing they could do since I booked through hotels.com. Wasn't even offered an apology until i contactex an agent on hotels.com which i feel i sjpjld not have had to do as the business itself should be able to handle complaints from guests. There was a window in the room but I had to select no view due to the window looking like someone had spray painted the outside of it which made it look disgusting. Highly do not recommend unless only place left to stay and honestly at that point I still would rather sleep in my car then deal with staff being rude and unwilling to work with me after receiving the wrong room and given no notice about it so I had to be surprised when i walked through the door. Again do not recommend go anywhere else

I like that they had Netflix on deck not to shabby
