I was unable to check in due to a wreck in front of the property. I called the hotel and was told there was only one entrance and I could just wait in my car in the parking lot next door for the wreck to be cleared. I left. Customer Service was horrible and I contacted hotels.com only to have my chat disconnected when I was trying to explain.

The Hotel was packed with parties. I got a call that it was loud and someone was jumping. However, my child fell off the bed and there was no jumping or loudness. I did hear steps in the hallway.

Really nice hotel with restaurant adjoining. Hotel clean and inviting. Staff members friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious and comfortable bed. Recommended.

Our room was smaller than the room we had last time, and we picked the same option of room- junior suite with king bed. Cabinet doors were hanging off the hinge, head board on bed was broken,nothing was fully restocked. There was 5 Kleenex in the whole box, no extra. The service was super rude at night the first night we stayed. The channels on the TV didn’t work and wanted us to pay. The floor was sinking in at one spot of the room. We’ve stayed here numerous times. This was by far the worst time.

Staff was friendly and nice clean property. Breakfast would be nice if it were offered for gues at a lesser rate. Esp children under 12. Parking was crowded with restaurant guests and a gathering held at the hotel.

We were on the backside of the hotel closer to i25 so traffic was loud, but to be expected. Other than that everything was wonderful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Hospital or large ER was right across the highway.

Everything was great. If you want the breakfast id recommend paying for it with your room rate! Only complaint is the pool chemicals were so strong we could barely stand to be in there for 30 minutes andnour eyes were burning!

We were supposed to get a room with a king size bed and instead received a room with 2 queens. Had we not been driving all night and had I felt better I would have tried to get the room we were meant to have, but at that point I just wanted to be in bed.
On day 2 of our stay they came in to clean, but when they finished they left our room door open where anyone could have entered and got our luggage.
Also upon arrival the person at the desk was possibly distracted, nice, but distracted. There were details that she should have given, but did not.
I did like the way the entry was decorated.
We looked but did not use the gym or pool, but everything seemed very nice.
I love the free parking lot and how many places were close by.
Be careful if you aren't a top tier guest the water bottles in the room are $2/each.
The man at the desk when we checked out was very nice and got us checked out very fast.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is really new and clean. Love the blackout shades! There are a several good options around for dining. Really liked the local coffee chain, ziggis, across the street.
